My Name is Maren from Germany.
Ive created my carbon account around 2016 when I began to play carbon at NL25 in Thailand.
I played for maybe 6 months or so at that time.
I didn’t touch my account and wasn’t in Thailand for most of the time after that.
Around Christmas 2020 I was searching for new sites and was also back in Thailand so I contacted carbon if its still ok to play from Thailand. They wanted me to verify my account again. After sending my docs they said verification is done and that I could play again.
I played maybe 3-5k hands and won a little over 3k USD. After mid January I basically stopped playing because I didn’t have much time to grind. Up until that time I made 2 small withdrawals around 1-2k USD each.
So I haven’t really played more than a few hands for a couple of weeks until I decided that I wanted to cashout all remaining 1.5k USD or so.
My account was locked (I noticed by the end of February) and I contacted them. I will post the whole email conversation:

I have sent the new docs they requested and they have been quiet since that.
Why ask me to verify my identity before unlocking my account and let me deposit to then let me play and then freeze the account again after I took a break for many weeks ?!
I hope I can get some advice and/or help on that matter.
