That's nuts. Still down on Grosvenor/ipoker, it's been 3 days now. Not even acknowledged on their socials, like they are a different entity. The worst bit is they make you do the captcha, and it shows 2 to 4000 players connected all the time. Is this a problem just for me or everyone? I can't tell. Instead of login it's an apologetic message.

That sounds so strange, as it started working for me on Sunday evening and it's still ok now. It's like they have a limit on users or are doing something to everyone's account in turn?

I received a buy in refund from Betfair for 13/5 after escalating a complaint. Not sure whether complaining was necessary or if refunds were already in the pipeline.

two skins which ive tried out, Betsafe + Betsson freeze for me at random times. all tables freeze but i still have the table alerts going
i have to close the program via "task manager", open and it works perfectly for 5-120 minutes before just freezing again.
it doesnt crash, tables just hang.
all other programs (sites/jurojin/IPT/discord) work perfectly and dont hang/crash

anyone any advice please help?

Have you tried turning off animations or the lite mode that turns off avatars etc?

Awfully insincere message. I can see people are playing in the lobby. Why are some customers being excluded?

Yes my Grosvenor client is now down aswell. It was running very poorly all night. Auto top up wasnt working etc and i wasnt getting sat at new tables very smoothly. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks the site has been down.

ty for response, yep i was running in lite mode from the beginning

we FINALLY found a solution, mostly thanks to Jurojin - https://jurojinpoker.com/solution/ipoker-hangs

i previously had read this and reinstalled older GPU drivers but not onces pre May 2022, i reinstalled one from 2020 and havent had an issue since.

can find your old drivers in C:\AMD or i assume whatever gpu you use itll be somewhere similar, reinstall driver pre May 2022 should be a stable solution

iPoker still crashes with not-so-new AMD GPU drivers. Does anyone have any info about this?
MSI Afterburner doesn't even seem to pick up the GPU with the drivers iPoker requires to work "properly".

Am I the only one that has this problem? Lobby and tables are flashing/flicking/blinking like crazy. Like sometimes its ok, doing that infrequently, like once in few minutes or so ( thats still annoying) But sometimes is very heavy, like 10-20 times in minute. Software is unplayable because of this. Love ipoker but cant play because of this. IS there any tips how to get this stuff off from tables? Support did not seem very helpful.
