I had the same issue and it started working fine after a couple days of not trying.

Im having serious issues with the Red star skin, the auto time bank wont trigger making me to sit out and lose the initiative , sometimes i need to close and re open the client up to 5 times in order for it to let me log in, everytime i try to open the hand replayer the thing freezes affecting not only my ipoker tables but also any other tables of other sites
**** just stays like that forever, anybody having similar issues?

When Pokerstars capped multi-tabling to four tables, and other sites banned HUDs, where did all the mass multi-tabling grinders go to? The answer is to ipoker where HUDs and mass tabling is allowed. Factor in the sky high rake at the micros and this network is the most reg heavy online poker site even at 2nl with tables filled with 14/12 uber nits playing a 3/bet or fold preflop strategy.

I shouldn't moan though, despite having a bankroll on ipoker built over the years starting from the freerolls. Because while ipoker remains reg central for rakeback grinders at 2nl, other sites remain juicy with swarms of fish and no regs in sight.

I've been trying to report them several times without any result unfortunatelly.
One time the support told me there cannot be cheaters on ipoker because they have got the licence of MGA. LOL
Another time support told me they cannot help me with this and I should contact https://www.playtech.com/contact-us/players-inquiry. So I did but playtech told me they can't do anything about it so I should contact the poker room. So basically I was bumping into walls so I gave up.
I wrote a pretty detailed letter to playtech about bot users. If you need it let me know and I can send it to you.
