Does anyone knows if champions charge a fee for cashing out? When you cash out it pops ups a maessage saying "fee 0.0" but im the only one in my stake Who does it, any info?

I already asked support and they told me that cashing out has no fee

Hi all,

I've recently upgraded my set up to a new laptop and monitor, and now for some reason iPoker force closes itself mid game after 5-30 minutes with no warning or error message.

Having already spoken to their site support who are less than interested given it's an issue on my end I'm hoping someone here can help. The issue is definitely with my new laptop is iPoker continues to work on my phone and old laptop.

Admittedly I'm not the most tech savvy person but I've so far tried the following:

Updating drivers.
Turning off Norton etc for a while.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the client.
Checking software permissions.

I don't use VPN etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had this problem before and I believe it was due to graphics card drivers, specifically on AMD cards

Yeah that sounds fairly similar to my situation.

Had the laptop into a couple of computer geek type services who also appear to be stumped. It's almost as if my graphics card is too new and iPoker just isn't suitably formatted for it. Downgrading the graphics driver w as one of my original plans but given it's only weeks old there's no previous driver update to roll back too so I guess I'm either at the point of trying to return the laptop or having the graphics card replaced with something a bit older, which just seems a bit silly.

Yeah I've assumed since the start that was my issue.

weird problem at bet365

all of sudden my pokerclient keeps on saying i have €0 in my account, in browser i have plenty
but now i cant play poker because if i join a table it says i have no funds

anybody with this problem or know a fix? as usual b365 customer service is the crappiest...

Had this happen with Party and it was a glitch. Can you play on the browser given you said it has a balance there? When you log in to sportsbook is your balance there too? In my case the fix was just waiting for it to correct itself but keep contacting support in any case.

if i log in browser i have balance but when i go to the poker section i dont have balance anymore... which is weird because normally you just have the 1 balance where you can play everything with. Also only play on the poker client

Looks more like a glitch then. Support should confirm but try a re-install of the client if not already done making sure to save notes and anything else important. Hope it resolves itself for you and update the thread if it does. GL.

on bet365 all of sudden when i log in i get the message that i cannot use the download client because self-exclusion is applicable to my account. Never ever chose this. Anybody else got this issue?

What laptop do you have?

I just recently purchased the 15" Surface 7 Laptop with Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite 12-core ARM CPU & Qualcomm Adreno GPU. Running Windows 11 on this setup.

Seems like I have very similar problem. I tried with another iPoker software with different version number, and oddly that doesn't seem to crash.

The more tables I add, the quicker it usually crashes. I'm playing on Betfair.

Not really fancying going back to my old laptop which was Macbook Pro from 2014 with Intel Iris GPU & Intel x64 CPU and Windows 10, even though iPoker worked perfectly on it.

Seems like I have some issues with other sites as well, e.g. Winamax. I'm guessing it might have something to do with x64<->ARM emulation, since most of these softwares are not capable of natively running on ARM architecture.

I have a Macbook Pro mid-2014 with BootCamp drivers installed. I can also see this in the Event Viewer logs: "Display driver igfx stopped responding and has successfully recovered."
But I'm guessing it might be a different issue, as sometimes my screen is flickering a couple of times before returning to normality. This might be caused by other poker clients, e.g. PokerStars, but the Stars client won't die because of this.
Damn. Two years later, and it's basically the same bug.

So, same exception code, and judging from Google it's some heap corruption error.
Thus far, the client can handle 2-3 tables without crashing at all. But fire more, and the probability of crashing increases. Fire as much tables as possible for observing, and the client crashes within a minute. This happens with iPoker versions 24.3.1.16 and 24.7.1.14, so not version dependant either.

I'm guessing they fixed this earlier, cause I ultimately switched to Windows 10, but it took some time, cause I remember reverting back to W7 for quite some time.

Anyone else having a similar issue with Windows 11?
