This BS hit me today off a break like right in peak grind time playing like 10 mtts across a few sites. I've got heaps in the 20k and was locked in for a satty for the major so had to deal with this.

So I go to support tell them the exact problem which I imagine is happening often right now. They insist on a screenshot so give it to them super annoying while playing. Then its "were going to update and fix it in a hour or two".

Obv dealing with this kills my mojo in my other games. I decide to try uninstall reinstall same BS. Figure out they have a web client u can play on support didnt mention this. Anyways I got nothing no ticket no refund so far very tilting indeed.

Fwiw it is now working this morning. No restart or reinstall since my last try last night either. Great tip about the web client though, thanks. I'll keep that in mind in case this recurs midsession.

I will give props to how easy it is to get to live support on BOL. Some sites its impossible. Their gonna look into refunding my tourneys is what i was told.

I've read about several instances where Chico (TigerGaming in my case) has held up funds due to "poker activity review" - they say it takes up to 36 hours but I've even seen several topics where players say it's taken several months. Has anyone here also experienced this? I'd love to get some more insight.

In my situation, the funds have now been frozen for a week, so basically 6 days overdue. It's quite a fresh account, around 10k hands in 9max NL10 - but then I switched to NL10 and NL25 in and racked up a 28bb/100 winrate over 5k hands. I'm wondering if I was automatically flagged due to the high bb/100 or perhaps they disliked that I was table-selecting quite actively (i.e. not sticking around at a table with 4 russian nitregs).

i havent played on chico in a bit and would like to withdraw soon, do we need to play or rake a certain amount before we can withdraw?

@Moofey, I don't think so - when I was initially messing around in 9max with a much smaller winrate, I was able to make 2 withdrawals without any problems.

I literally have pictures from customer service while this was going on admitting their was problems with the software on their end. I sent them these and still denying anything.

I've had an account for 10+ years with BOL. Never once have I had a problem that I asked for a refund over. Just another company in the post covid world that is changing policies to greed.

Takes until 5/10 PLO to run into regs willing to ever bluff river. I can name 10+ "regs" that play 1/2-2/5 that are willing to showdown air on the river on a consistent bases. HeLlODeRe (dumbest username award nominee) is a great example. This guy fires river in any situation in any hand you can exploit fold. The Mingi another good example.

Fake regs run rampant. Games are hard to start because sleepwalking regs have these players tagged as good for some reason. Prime examples: EvensenJR, ToughNutz (dumbest username ward nominee), SimonMan. Evensen: This guy plays like a 95% range OTB with 0% fold to 3b and like 1.5% 4b, yet other regs leave table when he's there. A game should be forming around this dumpster fire. ToughNutz - this is not even a reg, it's a somewhat nitty fish - will do **** like potsize check raise bottom 2 no backup OOP in 5 card. SimonMan - does **** like 3b and call 4b oop with A359T single then then punt all in on KT5 with no FD.

I'd like to call out some of the regs (or fakeregs, you know who you are) who play this site to sit the tables more often. Breaking news: fish like to join games that are already running! If a game doesn't start in 10-15 mins you can leave then - at least TRY to get a game going once in a while. You'll make up the precious EV you think you're losing when we get Bear51 to join the table.

Is there anywhere I can see the total rake on NL cash games with the BBJ included? Everywhere I look doesn't include the BBJ in the rake calculations.

Hi , is there a way to turn off Straddle at all tables ? I have to mannualy turn off when i enter a 6max table ... BTW i play NL25 and dont see regulars table , only with Straddle ... Is this normal ?

wouldn't recommend this site... unless you're like me, in a state with nothing but offshore options. and even then it's the slightly less shitty option, not a good one.
