To be honest all I know is that he runs BOL's sportsbook, but he is the only member of the company that I see interacting with the public on social media. If you ever have an issue using the site I would recommend trying to contact him. I'm not sure how much he can help with poker issues, but I've seen him help people on Twitter who have had website related issues, most commonly in the sportsbook.

was 5 handed in the $4.40R and at the add-on period in 11R 7.5K (my most significant MTT of my sesh) and get discd.. ****ty timing, hadnt added on in 11R 7.5K and was planning to reg a few more games, had a few other BOL MTTs running too sigh.

Yeah, sent a deposit saturday night, waited about 12 hours. was told all bitcoin transactions were held up. so I decided to try another deposit for the min, and it instantly went through. the next day they replied to my original email saying oh it looks like the deposit went through. (that was the second one). waited two more days until my account was finally up to date.

they also mysteriously charged my sportsbook account with a negative balance although I only deposit via bitcoin. when i asked they said it was because one of my deposits didn't go through. which isn't possible considering the blockchain showed 6+ conf and they had received it.

I don't see how they don't have a universal "pause button" for poker. especially since this happens on a weekly basis. some guys don't get kicked out and are at a major advantage. I was in and now I am kicked back out.

I would too. Are you saying Tiffany_Martins's one post a year is not sufficient?

Even when she was around more often it was clear that she was unable to help answer questions about real issues.

I'm not sure I'm the best person to ask them given my ongoing complaints about how they allow bots, but I could give it a shot.

That doesn't sound good. Screenshot it and try to contact them. I got a feeling their customer service team may be a little overwhelmed at the moment. Hopefully you can get through to someone.
