Even when she was around more often it was clear that she was unable to help answer questions about real issues.

I'm not sure I'm the best person to ask them given my ongoing complaints about how they allow bots, but I could give it a shot.

Oh, damn, I actually forgot she was with BOL - somehow had it in my head she was with Tiger.

But still, it might not be bad that if someone there is actively helping players, to see if they can get more involved either with a new account or through their existing one.

And that's not to pin the responsibility to do that on you - anyone who interacts with them could do the same if they'd like to see someone here. And that goes for on any other site/network you play on and there's no rep. Of course I/we at 2+2 talk to some of these people, but there's nothing like their players asking them for a rep.

There actually was an official TigerGaming Rep too. They have a post on the first page of this thread. I wasn't playing on the network regularly or checking this thread at that time so I never had any interaction with them. I wonder why they stopped posting?

I guess you should just not ever close the client down...seems to run fine for ppl who were logged in before the issues started

I tried last night to log on and failed and then read Dave Mason's twitter post that you may need to clear cookies. I did that and it worked, however there were a bunch of connection delays. Luckily I never fully lost connection but I really don't feel confident about the situation on the whole yet

I think same thing happened last year around this time. March madness and everything went to crap for a couple of weeks. Worst timing

How do you clear cookies?

having a hell of a time still. Cleared cookies but client still won't connect.

Trying to re-install but when clicking "download for PC", poker.betonline.ag keeps timing out in Chrome "this site can't be reached"
