Newb question but idc really. Looking to withdraw via BTC a pretty decent amount. What’s the best wallet to use? Is BOL usually good with the 24 hour time limit? First withdrawal.

I'm not sure what the best wallet is. I think many people still use Blockchain.

The stated time is up to 24 hours to review, not process. If you're in the queue during Monday through Friday I would expect you'd probably receive your funds within 48 hours. It can be sooner, but it can also take longer if they need you to verify your identity with any documents or if they need to check into anything questionable with your account.

Update: I received an email from Player Services saying I received a 24hr temporary ban because of use of an anonymous proxy which is not allowed.

I was using a VPN because I am currently in Romania, who blocks BetOnline.

I was considering going to Greece or Portugal in about a week but now I am concerned about potential blocks by these countries. Can anyone here confirm that they are able to play from either of these countries?

I play with players from Portugal regularly.

I don't know if I've played with anyone from Greece, but I've never heard of anybody being blocked from playing there. I do believe I've read that they have some strict tax laws when it comes to online poker so you might want to get clarification from support before playing from there.

I would advise you to also ask in the dedicated thread in the software forum for the BOL card catcher. If there were any issues then I'd think they'd want to know about it. Otherwise, I assume it works as it should.

Hi guys I recently saw that tiger gaming has changed the history view. It lost all the visuals and is harder to understand now(at least for me) is there a way to change it back to the old one?

What was different about it previously? I never really use that feature that much so I'm not sure what stuff was shown previously that it doesn't show now.

Is the Replayer not there as an option from the lobby or on the tables? I still have the option to use the Replayer at BetOnline.

BTW I have another question. I recently made a withdrawal via BTC to my CoinBase wallet and from that I sent my cash to my bank account. The fees I received where quite big. would you suggest any other wallet or any other method of withdrawing from TigerGaming which wouldn't take such a big chunk of my withdrawal?

New player on the site and wanted to share my first experience with customer service.

Made an initial deposit of $100. For some reason my transaction did no go through. Also, I had trouble opening the poker client. I also did not realize I had to move the funds over from the sports book to the poker client.

Waited a couple of days for the cc deposit to post (per company policy), not knowing that deposit didn't post for whatever reason. In the meantime, customer service sends me an email saying that not to worry about the deposit, $100 is in account on them. I mistakenly assume this is only for sports betting.

I deposit another $100, still can't access the poker client. I contact CS thru live chat and am able to use the poker client and figure out that I have to move the funds. I now have a balance of $200.

I decided not to ask for the deposit match bonus since they were nice enough to credit me the $100.

I take some shots, run through the inital deposit and remember the new player freeroll ticket(s). I contact CS through live chat and they credited me the freeroll tickets. I almost got annoyed initially when it seemed like the rep wasnt going to give me the tickets but decided to have a good attitude; what choice did I really have after the were pretty generous with the $100 credit (probably hoping Im still the whale I used to be).

TLDR: First encounter with customer service was very pleasant. Tho I didn't like or answer the cold call from customer service after signing up. Read about that earlier itt and was ready.

I'm not sure if it's the same policy in other countries, but I would advise you against withdrawing straight to CB from a gambling site. They have closed accounts for this. It's a good idea to always use an intermediary wallet between gambling sites and financial institutions.

Are you using the Pro version of CB? I hear it has smaller fees than the regular version.

Noted and no, I'm not using the pro version of CB. And why does CB close accounts for withdrawing from a gambling site? Are they against it? Also what wallet would you suggest instead? Or any other type of transfer maybe?

They are a US company, and US laws prohibit companies from processing online gambling transactions.

Get a wallet you have full control over, like electrum, coinomi, etc.

Either way I wouldn't withdrawal straight to Coinbase. Even if it was legal, they still have company rules they follow. Not worth the risk, i also like having control over the crypto's using a local wallet.

I’ve come back to BOL after some time away, solely for the tourney scene, and I’m trying to figure out how other BOL players are utilizing the HH files with ICMizer 2? It would appear converting the .db files to .txt files is the way to go about utilizing ICMizer, but wanted to hear from anyone else who has had this issue. I posted in DriveHUD forum, also. I'm in a bit of a messy situation with BOL, maybe someone had a similar experience before and can advise me.
I'll try to make it short;

- My account gets temporary suspended regarding use of seating script
- After a few days i finally get in touch with the financial department, explain that i am no longer use seat script since they gave warnings etc and that i didn't know it wasn't allowed etc
- Representative says he's happy with my answers and will restore my account
- I get an email that my acc is being restored.
- I can now access the website regularly, log in etc
- I still can't login in the poker room, both the app and the browser version, i get error 1008
- Representative says he can't see a problem, everything should be ok with my account, makes me do couple of troubleshooting, without success.
- I'm told to send an email explaining the problem so that the techincal department can work on it.
- 48 hrs later i call again cause of no answer, the guy tell me that the ticket was marked as "solved"...and he reopens it.
- I get an email 24 hrs later with some lame troubleshooting guidance, with stuff i already done with the support the first time (send a screenshot of the error..ffs i send it with the first email lol)

Guess i'll just call them again today.

Btw is there a way to transfer $ from poker to main account without accessing the poker room?
Starting to withdraw my $ would be a good start i guess.
