What? No. For one thing, it's a payment processor. One that they likely don't use anymore. So it's not like the next time you deposit, the bank is going to flag it, because it's going to be a completely different processor. Secondly, it's not like a company that charged you legitly can't charge you fraudulently, so there's no real reason for them to look into the previous charges (especially if you tell them the previous one is legit). Thirdly, unless they get subpoenaed, they're almost certainly not going to tell your bank what company they were a client for (especially not for the charge that they're not even investigating).
