Been a while since I looked over patent stuff maybe one of the attys around here can pipe in, but if I remember correctly...the US can't directly go after them, but if Bovada operates in a country with a treaty with the US where they enforce each others patents, then that country could get them. But given how Bovada flies in the face of the DOJ as already mentioned, I doubt anything changes.
Or they just shut down zone since it has such a small pool anyway. Probably the former.
