Withdrawing now but can't figure out how to change my account info to my new address. Also, just saw they changed one free cash-out to every FOUR months? WTF? And it's 75 dollars normally for a check by mail. My god.

Anyone know how to update their account address on this site?

Yeah man. Most people use bitcoin these days. It's the cheapest, quickest, and easiest way to cash out in my opinion.

structure on a lot of the tournaments say 10 minutes, but they're not. i thought you can always trust the structure in the tourney info, guess not anymore.

As everyone else said, got a lot of lag/freezing issues tonight. Played for an hour before deciding it wasn't worth it to risk it anymore. I've been having random disconnects a lot of sessions for weeks...usually just once every few hours though. It's pretty irritating to start over when you've built a stack, but the fact that it's not compounded by the old problem of not being able to sit back for 5mins makes it considerably less tilting than it could be. (Rarely someone will steal the seat before I can get back in it.) And as long as your hand isn't folded at the time, you continue sitting.

Tonight, I experienced the issue where certain tables just straight up froze while others went along fine. I eventually just closed them. Then had a lag issue where it seemed like all of the tables froze...and did then did that fast-action as they caught back up after a minute...which was pretty sweet to see me fast open-fold AK and KK.

Oh my god. You literally don't get it do you. You straight up are saying I'm mistaken in the fact that your poker software closed out my hands. IM TELLING YOU YOUR SOFTWARE CLOSED OUT MY HAND. Here is what happened:

Do you understand that the hand 3464292061 (table 1) started at 4:40:21. You SAY I played two other hands after this hand? You're saying I played this hand in what like 10 seconds then played two more hands? Completely not true. On another table 3 other hands took place. At 4:40:53 (or whenever this hand ended) BOTH tables closed out at the same time. Thus I did not play any other hands AFTER hand 3464292061 (Table 1). These hands went on simultaneously during this hand. When hand 3464292165 (Table 2) closed out 3464292061 (Table 1) closed out as well. YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THIS. Please learn logic and learn how to investigate this properly instead of just saying random things and then saying you're not compensating further.


YOU HAVE A BUG IN YOUR SOFTWARE. LOOK AT THE LOG FOR THIS HAND & TABLE. NOT THE OTHER TWO HANDS YOU SAY I PLAYED ON ANOTHER TABLE.


And no you did not refund ****. A 27.50 bonus is not refunding my account by making me play more on your site that closes out hands for no reason then claims I'm the one at fault.

anyone know if they are refunding anything or are we just out of luck since its only a problem for some people and not all the time? Definitely just cost me placing in a sit and go and I was curious if anyone was having any luck getting money back.

The freezing is ridiculously bad right now. It froze on me several times in a row and I finally had to stop playing. Wasn't bad until this past half hour. I played all day without problems.

Rough day for freezing tables. Also I noticed that every mtt shows 10 minute blinds when you open the tourney info but the real level times are still on the details tab on your table.

I have been on the phone for about an hour now with a supervisor. He is going back through each game I played to see if disconnects affected them. It sounds like he's completely just being random about it though, because it happened on literally like every tournament I was in when I had 8 tables up with MTTs/SnGs, and he has confirmed only 2 were affected, and is almost done checking....


but yeah, guys, CALL!!! And demand to speak to supervisor (nicely).

I have been having freezing/lag issues as well. Has happened in the past, but it seems to be getting worse and worse over the last week.

And now a "we're not able to process your request" box keeps popping up....this is BS
