1st Check: 07/05 (8 Business Days after approved Date)

2nd Check: 07/12 (5 Business Days after first check)

Less than 30 days to receive three checks.
Another great experience cashing out with Bovada.

That has been 6 checks in less than two months,
all cleared with no problems.

Bovada has to be the best US Site PERIOD.

Try not to wait three weeks to deposit checks, if possible. The longer you wait the more likely the account the check is drawn from is closed.

Checks were deposited as i received them on the same day received, but thanks for the tip. All were deposited via drive through, at their respective time when received.

Bovada is the only reliable site for cash outs.

Merge always pays out, and so does WPN, so their are a few sites that work. Bovada and WPN are the quickest, but not the only one that work.

When one withdraws via WU/MG, does the fee come out of the cash being sent, or from the remaining money in ones Bovada account?

unless it has changed it comes out of your account

If I understand correctly, a Money Transfer payout on Bovada is WU, a Rapid Transfer payout is MG? If I funded via cc, can I now use either option?

Finally, if I request a payout I'll get an email with the pick up information. I go to a location with the corresponding service and I receive....what? Cash? A check? Money orders?

Thanks for your help!

Yes.

I would contact them on this. It seems to be different for everyone.

Probably get pick up info in your bovada messages.

It has been forever since I did a WU or MG payout, but in my experience MG paid me straight cash. The WU I used only paid out $500 in cash and the rest were MO or checks.

The fee comes out of the money requested so if you request $600, they will take $600 out of your account and subtract the fee fm the $600.

False, the fee comes out of the money remaining in your account.

No it doesnt. Not with bovada. Your statement is true when it comes to Winning Poker Network. I've used WU several times on Bovada and the fee came out of the funds they collected. I"m sure a few people on here can back up my statement. Thank you... SMH

Side note on the MG and WU question. If you haven't decided on which one to use I would use MG if you are going to be withdrawing small amounts and WU for large amounts. I have used both and just went through a headache after withdrawing money via MG and finding out it was sent by WU with a higher fee b/c I had deposited last via WU. I was able to make a withdraw via MG no problem on the 11th but now they are only allowing it by WU (not sure why the said at the time I could use either or, but now they're telling me since my winnings were generated via my WU deposit they must be withdrawn that way). I would suggest when you do make a withdraw by MG or WU and have deposited by both methods that you call to make your withdraw to double check which method you can use. I made a withdraw for a MG yesterday and woke up today to find a WU withdraw. By the way I just called Bovada and they did refund the difference in fee to my poker account as a one time deal for the confusion. GL

In addition to the long collections hold

For the 3000 dollar check that was immediately credited to my account I was charged nothing

For the 3000 dollar check that there was a hold on, it cleared today.

However I was charged a 45 dollar collection fee from my bank (rhymes with race) which I got waived by calling them.

Additionally I was charged another 40 dollars on the check as follows

Intl Coll COIB004277747 I3159 YRTRAN 07/08/13FAmt 3000.00/USD Fees 40.00

My account was credited with 2960.00 instead of 3000.00.

that fee they did not waive and claimed it is a charge from the other bank.

The whole thing is strange as I was never charged any fee for depositing a check before, so apparently for checks they put a hold on the fee gets charged and for checks they don't there is no fee. Just a warning for anyone cashing these checks at this bank.

Newb question I'm sure, but I requested my first check today, and noticed that the amount is not immediately withdrawn from your account. I guess it's withdrawn once the transaction is approved?
