I called my bank and I think its just an issue on their end. They said they turn over all foreign checks over to collections if they are over 1k. I got my check back and will try at a different bank today (much larger one)

Bovada on the other end said they couldnt really do anything. If I wanted another check it would be a $40 fee and it probably wouldnt come for like another 3 weeks and he couldnt gurantee it would be a US check

Got my check a few days ago.

Took it down to bank just now to try and cash it and they wouldnt let me. Asked if I could open an account and then deposit it but they also said no. They said I had to request a new check and have my name on the "To" line.

WTF is this? Going to sign it over to a family member and have them cash it at their credit union. Will update.

So should I just try to cash it at a different branch? It was all bitchy middle aged women working at this one and they all looked incompetent.

requested check by courier in early July but then cancelled and changed amount to above $1k on about the 15th of July.

Received check much faster than expected on 7/31

My last three checks in the last 3 months have averaged I think about 24 days (counting all days), or so which isn't too bad.

I just want to make sure I understand it.

If I request a payout by check, say on August 25, 2012.

When is the next time I can request a payout without the $50 penalty?

Is it September 1st (this is what I understand as that is the next calendar month), or must I wait 30 days until September 25th?

Incidentally, I see they now say 15-20 business days on their site. Hope that's true. I requested a payout on 7/27 and would like to get it before we go on vacation in early September!

It said it was out for delivery Monday. I check it today and it says it is in Sydney, Australia. I contact DHL and they said they gave it to a 3rd party carrier Speedee and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. They're going to get back to me by tomorrow.

edit: DHL just called back and said Speedee should deliver it in less than 2 hours.

Received 8/2 - no tracking

I'm waiting on one more too from 7/23.

Ive requested approximately 20 WU payouts from Bovada. With my last request, which was approved July 13, I've been told that WU is investigating the payout. I have no idea what this means. Needless to say, Bovada is unable to cancel the payout. They said they have no idea how long this could take to resolve. It's already been over 3 weeks. Has anyone else had this occur? How long did it take to resolve?
