I received a BTC withdrawal confirmation email ("Your withdrawal has been processed..") over 4 hours ago, but still have actually received any bitcoin. Is anyone else in the same boat? I know the mempool is high right now but I would have assumed the transaction would have at least shown up in my wallet, which it hasn't.

I withdrew 500 in btc from bovada to my bc. Took about 32ish hours to get approved. It said it could take up to 15mins, been over 5hours, should i be worried? Has anything similar happened to anyone, recently?

See my post above; I ended up just getting paid like 5 hours after they said it was processed. Seems like they were trying to send BTC with not enough fees.

My withdraw took almost 3 days to process from Bovada. The transaction from Bovada to my BC said it would take 15mins. It ended up taking 5hours and 40mins, but i got it!

My ignition poker BC withdrawal took 28 hours.

As well they fedexed me the check withdrawal I made. That took about a week to arrive. I have not tried to deposit the check yet.

Had a $900 btc payout approved 3/29 at 7am and have yet to receive it. Emailed bovada and they're giving me the 'congestion in the blockchain' thing. I asked them for the address they sent to and confirmed it's correct. Should I be concerned at all?

I did. Some people said it took them 5 hours. Mine was approved about 7 hours after requested and has now been ~80 hours and still not received.

Yeah that's not normal, I would call them. I had a btc payout approved in 30 hours but with a low fee and is still unconfirmed after 15 hours.

Is the btc to usd conversion fee pretty much universal among the exchanges? I’m currently using gemini but is there a better option besides gdax?

Ran up a decent roll after the first two weeks of the tournament that I'd like to get some of. Will be my first withdrawal not using check. Want to try Bitcoin because it is no hurry on the money but I'm intimidated to do it. Can anyone point me in the direction of the steps I need to take to do this so I feel a little better about the whole transaction thing? Would love to speed up the payment process.

Anybody have success setting up BitPay to do an ACH transfer direct to a bank account? I did the thing where my bank sends 2 verification micro-deposits to my BitPay account using the account and routing numbers. Just wondering if these have any chance of actually showing up on the BitPay website? Just found out about the shutdown today after getting denied at a few atms.

Right now the BitPay Card is scheduled for a system conversion, including upgrades to improve the systems that support your card. During the time of this conversion (starting March 8th), cash back features such as ATM withdrawals, POS cash back and over-the-counter cash advances will be unavailable. This service interruption is unavoidable, and we will make every effort to restore these services as soon as possible.

During the conversion, you will still be able to use your card to shop with Visa® merchants online and in-person. You will also continue to be able to move funds from your card to other bank accounts via ACH transfer. View our guide to ACH transfers.

We value and appreciate your continued use of the Card. If you have any questions about this notification, please contact us at https://bitpay.com/request-help or call the cardholder services team at (855) 884-7568. We'll be reaching back out to you when cash back features are available again.

Best,

The BitPay Team

After a little internet sleuthing, It looks like in mid-February the compliance department at the bank BitPay associates with shuttered a bunch of people’s BitPay accounts with no explanation. It seems like BitPay is looking for a new bank to front for them. I’m not holding my breath for ATM transactions to resume.

I believe everything in that article is still up-to-date, though I have not read through the entirety of it in a while. I know some people recommend using a different exchange than CB, but CB should be fine to get you started. Just make sure you're using an intermediary wallet.

It might seem intimidating at first, but it's super simple to use after you learn the steps. You'll be glad you learned and regret not learning how to do it sooner, I promise.

An easy work around for me was just sending my gf money through Venmo using the Bitpay card and then having her send it right back to me so I could instantly transfer it to my bank.

I think the ACH transfer with BitPay is going to work. The verification micro deposits showed up this morning (along with a $5 transaction fee from BitPay, lol).

Are any of your funds locked in because of a bonus? If not call or email support.
