Regarding bounced checks, does anyone know how long it takes to be confirmed as cleared once it is deposited? I've seen posts saying anywhere from 2-3 days to 4 weeks!

From my experience, if a check's going to bounce, it'll usually do it within 2-3 days. (I've had one bounce out of maybe 60 in my 8 year history with Bodog...and one bounce of two requested in my 1 year history with Cake.) That said, some have suggested waiting a week or two just to be safe.

Also, I requested a small cashout on 5/24, and they have added that amount of money to my 4/10 check. So the 2nd cashout is supposedly coming in quite quickly then.

Question:

How long does it take after you get the tracking number for it to arrive? The reason why I'm asking is i'm leaving on vacation on Friday morning. I doubt it will arrive by then but who knows. It says it is in Hong Kong right now lol.

should I try to contact dhl and get the shipping address changed?

Also maybe one of my roomates could just sign for it? do you need an I.d.

it's been a while since I got a check this way and I think i didn't need and I.d. but not certain, thanks.

Also going to contact bovada about this issue.

Freak daddy I have had bovada checks come before the tracking number was posted before. Usually when that happened I got the tracking number in the next day or two.

rOar .. Ur roomy can def sign for it. The guy will ring ur doorbell and ask for u just tell ur roomy to say he is u and sign ur name they don't id. It will prob get to u Friday Saturday or Monday if it's in hk now.

Do they send certified mail by UPS? Or do they all come by Fed-ex? I was not home today-got a notice to pick up certified letter at the Post Office tomorrow. Still no tracking number -requested payout 4/29/12.

i just got off the phone with a Bovada rep. i had 4 payouts with request dates of 4/14, 4/22, 4/29 and 5/6 (all of the payout requests were for $500 each). She explained that all 4 of my checks were shipped out yesterday, 6/6. she said i should be getting a tracking number this week, and the checks should be arriving sometime next week.
