I won 500$ in the promo treasure quest. How much in $ do I have to rake to clear this bonus? I saw that it was 1$ = 3.5 bonus points.

The bonus money is used first am I right? If for example I play a super xl event and win 5k. What would I need to do to be able to cash this out? Will the requirements change?

A question for 888rep: Entropay and Astropay are just deposit methods? Or they can also be used to withdraw?

Hi,
i have an issue with notes on players.
when i pass my mouse over the player to see the notes, they are all inseparate,witout any space, not like i wrote them on the note player.
this problem has started about a month ago with the new update.
is there a solution? its impossible to read the players notes like that in less than a seconds when u have a lot of notes on a player.

I just tried it and seems fine for me so maybe try a reinstall to see if that corrects it for you.

It's a general question. I don't understand for what do you need my username. Is it possible to withdraw through Entropay and Astropay? Or those processors are only available for deposits? The answer is easy:

a) Yes, it's possible to withdraw through Astropay and Entropay.

b) No, those processors are only for available for deposits.

A or B.

Some countries have different deposit and withdrawal rules so hence the user name request.

Doesnt work after uninstall.

By hovering your mouse over the player you will only get a quick guide but to see it all as you wrote it you need to click back into the players notes again.
That's just how the software works.

It wasnt like that for years, it just changed about a month now.

888rep, can u add PLO super-turbo headsup sngs to sng menu?
Currently 888 has upto 20$ turbo plo headsup sngs, but not super turbo. Maybe you can add 30-60-100$ games also.
They have holdem super-turbo headsup sngs, but not PLO.

Just installed new 888 update.
Its unplayable

1. hide casino icon does not work
2. random .json files being saved on the desktop ( over 50 appeared in 20 minutes)
3. waiting list feature does not work ( joined waiting list on 10 games, offered 1 seat and now currently on no waiting lists)

Have done clean reinstall on desktop pc and laptop and problems still exist.
Where can i get old installer from ?

I had the exact same issues a couple of weeks back when installing the client from the main website and mentioned it in this thread.

I then wiped everything and installed the new BETA version of the client and although it doesn't solve all the issues, it does solve the main issue of hundreds of separate files being saved on the desktop.

If you look back through this thread a few pages, you will find the link to the new BETA version of the client within a few different posts.

There is a massive bug in the website version. I'm surprised it still hasn't been addressed by 888 yet.

User wtfgmon continually sits 4th on 6 max tables and tries to grim whoever is sitting in. This is quite literally all he does and rarely does he ever sit in to play multiple hands. Players have warned him on several occasions that this is against 888 rules but that hasn't stopped him in the slightest. I really don't understand how this guy hasn't been banned yet, but can you at least look into it for me? Its really frustrating to see nothing being done
