LuckyAce will indeed be closed as a brand on the 28th. This is a business decision.

i open up some tables and i untick sit out and tick 'wait for bb'

888 being the ******ed site that it is posts me utg +1 but gives me AK

only noted fish at the table raises utg i call fish checks AK4 i bet he raises i call, turn 7 fish bets really big i jam....... oh sweet fish has 4's...... thanks for dealing me in utg+1 when i have wait for bb ticked AND coolering me vs the fish

I'm having serious issues with the client's graphics since the update. Most popups are unreadable, the action buttons are invisible, etc. It seems that lots of the graphics are just outright missing.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice now with no luck. OS Windows 10.

Edit: Username is TheDecision

I should add that I have restarted after uninstalling as well. My OS Windows 10 is 64bit.

Here is an image of a table on my action.

I missed my action so many times and would be sitting out without realising. Multitabling was impossible. Money flushed down the toilet because of a software problem.

Seems that all these "software upgrades" do is cause a huge cluster-**** that chases away players while never addressing real problems that people have complained about for years.

You would think it impossible that a billion dollar company would be incapable of such repeated incompetence regarding the same issue, but you would be wrong.

I have this problem too. I think it might be down to the version of Windows I have because when I tested the update on Windows 8 it worked fine but this happened on my Windows 7 machine.

888 said they are aware of it and are fixing it.... I hope

Roll back to the older version they told me (and pray it gets fixed)

Hey 888Rep,

I have been trying to open the tables on your software but it seems impossible. I sit on the table, press on an empty seat, press OK on the Buy-In Pop-Up window, and the Pop-Up dissapears and doesn´t sit me.

I´ve been playing on your soft for at least a year and that never happened before.

Any solution for this?

Im having the same problem as many had in here.
after some time playing my window of all tables go white and cant play, already lost few bulks with that problem.
My nick is: CallAsBluff
already tried to reinstall, unistall the avasta, untick the option on IE( on the lan tab). Nothing work.

I know 888 aren't big on adding new games but could you try and get your bosses to consider spreading 6 card plo games?

Your customers would love them and it would give them more fun and protect them more from the one dimensional NL sharks.

What was the reply when you asked 888 management what happens to the funds of the accounts that have been closed since the start of the investigation to the russian bot league?

FYI, these accounts are still using the same bot on your network and stealing honest customers' money every day.
