It was a bug, relax. It started on the 30th but didn't appear to be active until later in the day. If you didn't complete the task on the 30th you're probably missing out on $10.

In your defense, they should be able to see that nobody completed the task in the first however many hours it didn't work for. It happened to me too and I just thought it was because I was using the beta client.

That's actually all I asked them as a reply if they can't even compensate me by making me doing the 30th's challenge again.

And it's more than 10$ since I can't complete the quest at 100% and having the chance to take a shot at the bigger prize.
And yeah, it's very frustrating since they can just check my logs and see that I indeed logged in the 30th and that the challenge wasn't available.
They could also check that I did almost all the challenges the past month and that I completed all the challenges this month so far also.
They could just admit they made a mistake, even if they don't want to compensate me in any way.
But they're just lazy and just don't care, so it's simplier to pretend I'm a liar and that I didn't login the 30th to check if challenge was available.

I didn't know there was bonus prize for competing them all, I just figured the $10 was 2x $5 chests you wouldn't be able to open.

@888rep How can i, as a Canadian, be allowed to use e-checks? I received my first wire and its missing 6.6% of the money. Having done hundreds of thousands of $ of wires and bank transfers in multiple currency through my bank account, i know for a fact that my bank does not take such a high rate when it receives in USD which is the currency i requested.

I tried beta software from the link that you posted. then i uninstalled it. i downloaded the client from 888poker.com. after install clients creates a file named CLogFile.txt which contains lines like this
"10/02 10:55:22 Start Read Thread"

client version is p-1-en-4-7.1-30-15 i delete it but client creates it again at start. what should i do?

can someone tell me pls what is the average waitingtime is to get a reponse from the 888 email support?
the reason is, 888 poker blocked my account 3 weeks ago for id check. i send my id and 888 reopen my account.now , the problem is 888 blocked me during two runnings tournaments with buyins of 55$.
I asked 888 poker what is with the buyins, within i can get money back or two 55$ tickets but i get now answer, no status update , no little response that 888 have to check the case, nothing . it is normal ? i phone called the support and she told me she can do nothing for me , ihave to write an email
it is almost 3 weeks ago now.
