If I restart, i can register to one SNG, at the next one he'll say "xxx is no longer available". So long for my plan to multitable today..

Disguisting what is going on at 888 lately. Lobby lags everyday at the same time. Not possible to fix this? U lose a ton of cash on this bug.

Thanks for the feedback guys which I sent over to them yesterday,there was a temperary problem but hopefully it has been sorted out now.

I suggested fixing the tournament lobby about a month ago to be able to not have a cluster-**** of satellites mixed in with the regular schedule.

Any update on that? It's so stupid to have everything mashed together.

The team is now in the process of addressing this issue and hopefully in early 2014 we’ll see an improved filtering system.

We make these changes from time to time to test its effect on the poker system. If we see that it is not working, then we undo the change and put it to the previous buy in; so please bear with us while see if it makes a difference.

I want to warn any multi-tabling sng players, or possibly even tournament players.

I multi-table sngs on 888. and these server lags have cost me money. On 3 occasions now, I have noticed that one of my tables did not load up once registration was complete. I try to open the sng, but it tells me that the table will not load, even though I see my username on the list of players. Then I follow the sng from the lobby, and I can see my stack getting blinded away, while everyone else looks to be fine.

This has happened in 3 games that I have noticed and have been refunded my buyin after I email them the sng number, which is good

The problem is, while multi-tabling it is hard to track which games do pop up and do not. I emailed them to do a full audit on my account during these lag times to determine if there was any games that I may have not noticed that did not load. I was told that this is not possible, and they can only refund me the games I actually noticed that did not pop up.

I feel like this is totally unacceptable. I can't even use sharkscope anymore to compare which games I was registered in, to compare which games did load and I played in. I have no idea if there were more instances of this and 888 seems like they have no interest in finding them for me.

Right, been having this issue for like, a month. It's only minor, but...

When I first log into 888, A pop up appears saying 'The table you requested is no longer available. Please choose a different table'.

This despite the fact I'm yet to click anything at all, and all I've done is log in.

What's going on?

While I agree that this a pretty gross bug, you also benefit when games don't pop up for other players. It's easier for you to see when someone else is the victim than when you are. As long as you also report when someone else has suffered from this bug, then it's fair that you get a refund when you are the victim.

Bugs that affect all players just add variance.

This usually happens when you have registered for a game that you don't play and log off, ie a freeroll for example and this is a way of telling you that the game has finished.
Check your game history to see if you maybe forgot a game that you were registered in (like a freeroll for instance)
