No worries. I requested HHs but only got ridiculously excel sheets of my "table-history", basicly saying how much I got when I came to a table, and how much I had, when I left. Nothing you can really work with.

^ This is what they sent me too. Over the past month and a bit I've sent 3 emails, the first two were calm, the third demanded them within 10 days which ended up being this friday the 8th. If I don't get them then I really have to assume that they don't keep individual player histories... the reason behind this is obviously the big question... Is it simply because they don't keep individual histories that show all hole cards instead of just hero's? Or is it because they don't keep them at all? Most tilting question ever...

You can review the hand histories from the client: My Profile > Game History. Obviously, they keep hand histories.

I don't know what your issue is. Just because PokerStars will send you a nice file doesn't mean they have an obligation to. They have provided a transaction audit; which is what I believe their obligation is. For a long time, you couldn't get instant hand histories even.

Reason I am asking via email is obviously because I can't retrieve my own hand histories. I play on a mac using their web client derp de derp thanks for that one, tips.

I just don't get why if you can do it yourself via the normal client, they cant send the same things via email. DUCY???

Livechat is every time available.

You need only click on the Cashier and few times on the different options by deposits.Then you get very fast a pop up with the live support.

what the heck is this? i made like 10 cashouts/deposits and raked a few k since. (the last cashout was a week before the one i have the problems with) and never received the mail they mentioned (they wanted me to explain sth)

As far as I am aware this has been sorted out for you this afternoon and your funds should be in your account now.

I received €931.61 for 1312$ and waited 15 days - can i get bonus $ or at least the 40€ missing? i mean if i wouldve received it in time it would be like 40€ more and its not my mistake.

I don't know if it was mentioned before.
The other thing i saw recently was when a player got disconnected preflop and then he got to play postflop somehow,unfortunatelly he got disconnect on the flop too and i didn't see if he could actually act or it was just a graphics bug.
I know that the support does not take most of the posts in the thread seriously, but that is a major bug which obviously should not happen in the best poker room.
