Hey guys,

do somebody have any issues with skrill ? i am asking because my withdrawal from 888 has been rejected by skrill, and money returned to my 888 account. I logged to my skrill account and it is fine and working. I can send and receive money as usually. I have no idea what is going on...

Maybe skrill put some limits on receiving funds from gambling merchants...

Before i have made a lot of deposits and withdrawals and everything was smooth and nice.

I have a couple questions.

There are some players where the country doesnt show up. When you hover over their image it doesnt say a country name and when you double click its just a small blue/black dot where country name is for other players. Im wondering what is going on with this. Im not seeing where i can hide my country in the client so I dont think its that.

Also, I am having an issue where players are appearing with a color code that I never use. Yellow fwiw. Even players that i have 0 hands played against. Im wondering if this is a known issue or what possibly could be causing this.

I only play using intuitivetables and HM3 hud only.



Also if anyone plays the blast and would like to discuss the games with please message me.

In regards to the below query, kindly note that players’ location in some countries cannot be displayed due to certain local policies.

Color code is a known issue.

This has been a nightmare and i hope you van help me.

I wanted to comment a little on the case that we are experiencing with my wife, a while ago I wanted to deposit in an account in my name and who knows why they blocked it, then we made one in my wife's name so I could play in the The only computer we have at home, everything went very well, until after several cash outs they blocked my wife's account, the only account we used to play. This was in July of this year, there they started asking me for documents that I had already sent previously, the problem was the following, that we were debiting the 888 account (in my wife's name) with a Skrill account in my name. Well, they asked me for a screen print of my logged in Skrill account, we sent it, they asked us for a consent letter, we sent it, they asked us for a selfie of the two of us, we sent it, they asked us for a bank statement, we sent it, they asked us for our IDs. drive of the 2, we send it. They also asked us for a municipal receipt, we sent that too. when we send all these documents. They go back to the beginning and ask us again, let's say ID and proof of address and so on, as well as 8 or 9 times I send all the documents and they go back to the beginning without returning the account with my money. They have had me like this for 6 months and I could easily send a screen print with the 18 emails that I have sent in the last time, my nickname in the room is Alfredoo23. I hope they solve it soon because I repeat, I have been sending emails for 6 months.

Is this 4 real? If so then huge huge lol and quadruple facepalm.

Can you guys show me on T&C where am i violating the rules? Its not a joke. Ive read them, and i didnt find anything that forbids me of opening an account with my wife.
Ive deposited and cash out several times with no problems whatsoever.

If iam doing something wrong, they had 6 months to tell me what it is, accuse me, and tell me what is going to happen. Asking for the same docs for 6 months, me sending them,and then continue asking for the same docs makes no sense. I would really appreciate if 888 reo can tell me whats going on.

I believe creating an account for your wife to enjoy poker is fine.

You playing on it is called multi-accounting and its a violation of every poker site rule. Sorry but most probably they will keep your money.

MULTI-accounting assumes you have more than one account. We only have this one. The other was closed before we open this new one.

As I understood, Your account was not closed, it was banned. In that case they You were not allowed to play at all.

As I understood, Your account was not closed, it was banned. In that case they You were not allowed to play at all.
If this is the casa, why are they not telling me and keep asking me for the same docs all over again. It seems that I send the docs and then someone in 888 office, who is not aware of my case, reply to me asking for the docs i just sent them. What a mess.

Ive replied to ALL the emails they sent me, and sent ALL the docs they asked me. This is not about what its being answered and which docs. This is about 888 not closing the case with a decision. They have all the info on their side. I just ask for a bit organization from your side, and someone tell me whats going to happen.

Is too much to ask something like this:

888Rep , Do I understand correctly that based on User Agreement , specificly where it's said "You will not reveal your account username or password to any person" , user is not allowed to give out You his username when You ask him for it to deal with support ? And second, can those all users , who did publish their Usernames in this forum after You asked for their usernames, be safe, that they will no be banned for braking User Agreement?

Hi! I made a deposit, asked for documents for verification. To confirm the address, they requested a utility bill OR a bank statement. I cannot provide a utility bill, since the property is registered to my wife, I sent an extract from one bank - it did not fit, from the second bank - they replied that they needed a utility bill, wrote to support, again they demanded a utility bill. I passed verification on other sites, there were no problems. I understand that most likely my actions are useless, but I'm still curious what the question is? I ask the representative of 888poker to clarify the situation if possible,my nickname in the room is 77sasa77.
