This has been your last email after 9 months sending documentation such as notarized invoices, selfies with that invoice, selfie with credit card, etc etc...

After the entire process, I receive this email telling me that my account will not be unlocked and they will not return my funds for no reason.

After this and seeing that I cannot contact support and that the web chat is disabled, I have no choice but to write in this forum. In any case, I am considering leaving this in the hands of a lawyer because the situation is unsustainable and I have a not small sum inside the room, which they refuse to return to me.

Could you help me with it? Thank you.

It has been investigated and dealt with by the Operations team so there is nothing more I can do.

But it's superweird that 888 dont do anything about those clear seatingscripters...

There is a thread where few other players wrote about similar problems recently. In case you are not a cheater that might be worth trying to initiate something together with them. In case you actually are a cheater it will obviously lead to nothing for you.

Do you offer any assistance or can point me in the right direction of find a rep for 888 Ontario? I have a unique issue where my account was frozen along with 2 other people for failing a "routine security check". Those two other users were able to get their accounts unlocked after around 6 months. I have constantly emailed operations-on@888.ca and manager-on@888.ca but they never reply to my emails.

Sucks to see 2k and 5k games removed very little places they still exist, was a nice niche spot to play them that still ran a few times a week
