This has been your last email after 9 months sending documentation such as notarized invoices, selfies with that invoice, selfie with credit card, etc etc...
After the entire process, I receive this email telling me that my account will not be unlocked and they will not return my funds for no reason.
After this and seeing that I cannot contact support and that the web chat is disabled, I have no choice but to write in this forum. In any case, I am considering leaving this in the hands of a lawyer because the situation is unsustainable and I have a not small sum inside the room, which they refuse to return to me.
