I did nothing legal, I just played few MTT, like 300 MTT in 2 years in the site, I use PT4 and Jurojin, I deposit and withdraw with skrill.

What I did wrong ???

The support clearly tells me that they don't want to tell me the reason. Completely wtf.

Hi,

my Account is locked since the beginning of May, after a 24 Hour Lockout because of german Regulation. It should have been unlocked after 24 hours. I dont get any information what the problem is and what I can do to solve this problem.

Can you help me?

The problem is that the first answer they gave me was the same as the second and they have not responded to the request to clarify the reasons for expulsion, they do not give me ANY reason and they also take my money, that is why I am posting in this forum, I I would like to know if the person who answers me is really trying to find out the reasons for the expulsion.

Support replied that I did not receive an email and because of that I could not participate in the promotion. They dont answered why i didnt receive an email neither what i should do to receive that email. That's the final answer from 888 poker ???
I have never played on a poker site that treats players so unprofessionally. I will share my experience with 888 poker in the poker community !

Hey guys,
I already posted in this thread a couple weeks ago about my account being closed for no reason. I see that there are a few players in the same situation and who knows how many more are there that did not even post here. I created another thread with my case, so if you find yourself in the same situation or you have been trying to withdraw your funds and the support keeps asking for documents and you are getting nowhere in that process please post in the next thread.
I know that one by one we are just getting the same answer but let´s team up and see if we can get some justice.
@888rep I understand you are just the representative here but if you could get this to the team of operations it would be of great help.

Every way of depositing GBP costs around a 3-4% fee, due to the fact that 1000 usd = 815 gbp in xe.com, but in their cashier they quote 1000 usd = £857.

So to deposit $1000, im going to be paying £42.

Is there p2p transfers, or some way of just depositing for free (support say there is no fee, but ignore that really bad exchange rate).

Just create USD credit card in your bank. Or add USD currency to your existing bank account. Or use USD Skrill. So you could deposit USD->USD, cause 888poker games are in USD.

Problem solved.
Before depositing USD you have to tell 888 support to change your deposit currency to USD. Otherwise you pay the conversion rate 2 times.

Good afternoon. I have such a problem. I play on the site 888 poker, account more than two years, many times made deposits and keshouts, everything was normal. At the beginning of September I made another keshout and my account was banned for no reason. For 3 weeks I confirmed my identity, sent a scan of my passport, all the credit cards I made deposits from, a bank statement with my residential address, then selfies with all the documents. After sending all the necessary documents I received a letter that I am banned forever and the money will not be returned. My nickname is EaN85 [Incident: 230921-001351]. Please help to sort out this incident.

yes, i forgot about that. But it still 2 min issue. Go to live chat and ask them to change "settles currency" to USD. They call it that

Hello. I'm regular of cash games at NL200 and NL500. Each of regulars who read this thread can confirm that problem of some "very smart" players who love to sit in sitout fourth or even fifth at 6max table and not play simply waiting for recreational player very much exists. Will give you list of players who did it earlier today with screenshots, please 888Rep report it to security team, because simply mailing support@888poker.com doesn't work for resolving it
