Finally a update for better software looks, the last one was the worst layout update ever, the new one looks better!

Got paid wrong rakeback amount for two weeks. Contacted support two weeks ago, but didn't received response. Username same as there.

Also dont like new update, wouldn't be so bad if interface wouldn't be so miniscule.

Hey, 888Rep, what about fixing all those bugs (disappearing notes, changing labels, seating bug, client crashes) instead of introducing F-ing throwables and f-ing up font sizes? Newer heard anybody saying "Oh, i wish I could play on bigger table with bigger avatars". Can't 888 afford paid programmer instead of free freelancer?

Hi, for the past 3 months, I have been unable to pass the address verification. Even though I have submitted all possible documents - bank statements, utility bills - it has come to the point where I went to a notary with the owner and obtained a consent for residence in the apartment. The document clearly states my address, date of birth, all my details, the cadastral number of the apartment, and the registration for permanent residence with all seals and paid amounts! This document was also not accepted. And I know I am not the only one facing this problem. My username is brat4erenka.

Hi all! I left 2 posts describing my problem, no one helped! The most inadequate 888poker service I have encountered in 5 years of playing poker!!! They steal money, block players for no reason and respond with inappropriate answers like robots. The feeling is that it’s not people sitting there, but robots and computers, all the answers in the letters are repeated, they can’t explain it in a human way!

Since i have noticed, that the new graphics and looks that came with the update, are personally mentally draining for me while multitabeling, i'd like to purchase a theme from the site pokertablethemes.eu, namely GTO V.2 for 888, that solely changes the graphic aspects of the tables. It get's directly embedded in the general (table)-settings. As a long term client of 888poker i'd like to clarify upfront if this is allowed or otherwise, somehow permitted regarding the terms of services of 888.

How do I change the color of the felt on the new software?

Rightclick on the felt as usual, but there is also a new bug that it doesn't open up in pko/bounty tours; at least for me. So u can only change in a "regual/normal" tournament.

Ty man. That was indeed that happened. Works fine on regular mtts but not on PKOs. Wouldn't be 888 if it were not bugged somehow ;D
