I heard it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kh49fHFMUTg and always here him when I see it written.
It gotten popular lately and now it is written in almost every thread. So I assume he played a part in making it popular since the clip is 4 years old.

So is it from Hevad Khan or someone else?

Now i think about it, "one time" does make more sense.

I always wondered when the first televised "One Time!" occured. I think I remember Matusow using it at the 2001 final table, but it would be interesting to see the first televised call.

It's been around forever AFAIK but the reason it "meme'd" is because Joe Hachem kept using it in every televised hand. And this was AFTER he had won the WSOP ME. Somebody pointed out that you can only use "one time" once, by definition. And it spread from there e.g. "OK I'm gonna use my 'one time' now" or Hachem saying "One more time!"
