Doesnt seem like he has a bunch of time to play freerolls. I mean who is gonna begrudge this guy a spot on the show? Stars should just make his name magically appear as one the 200 qualifiers.

Amazing how many people who post one time a month or less are just adding a "+1" to this thread.

If they want him to be on the show, they can make it happen.
And even after the auditioning stage, they managed to give us a coulpe ultra-cringeworthy players.

Pokerstars...you owe us!

If the seat is (or is made) transferable then they'd have no reason to complain since they could have people play to get them in themselves if they wanted to (and found people willing to play for them).

The final decision on who gets on is made by voting on the video (which of course has to be made by the person actually going on the show) so who wins the freeroll shouldn't matter that much.

I actually think this possibility would be good for stars and the viewers alike as it would mean a wider selection of candidates with a variety of back stories.

even if he has to go through freerolls, we all could then write on his table about him and refer to his thread.
everyone on the table would get it and let him win. we would of course not say let him win. we would just say visit the thread and read it.

i read the thread like a few months ago cuz i had no idea why it was rated 5 stars but truly amazing

This. It's a gameshow. They can even tell the viewers it's a "very special episode" if they want. If stars wants him, they can easily make this happen.

Hell, the show is technically just one giant infomercial. Not even sure it is classified as a game show, making all this even easier.

Barryg1, viffer, zeejustin, Scott, and all the other 2p2ers who have been on the show will hopefully also chime in.

We may be just a bunch of poker nerds, but we also represent their target demographic. If you are listening stars, and really meant it PokerStars Steve when you asked for 2p2 suggestions in another thread, this is what we want to see.

Dear PokerStars,
if you do not put him on the show, I'll run upstairs, lock myself in my panic room and call the police.

man, I'm gonna die laughing when DN sweet talks his ass off with producers for 2 weeks to get Jared on the show, then Jared bluff c/rai him on the river on like a 150k pot and shows.
