However, that is not what I was referring to. Afwoods was unintentionally screwed over by the snitches. He has spinal stenosis and really needed to take a seat but he didn't know that you could tip Lou to get the game going because Lou had to be careful about who he opened up to.

Umm, the incentive to get them going is to keep your job? If you dont get them going they are going to find someone who will. It's your job for god sake, that's what they pay you for.

I do think it was a bit too harsh to fire the dude. A harsh warning and telling him if he does it one more time he will get canned would have been enough I believe...

I think you know what I meant. If not then your're simply an idiot.

I dont know what they call it.. you know, when you make mistakes in work and your boss gives you a speech. And gives you a second chance. I dont know if you've ever had an honest job, but after a screw up you dont necessarily get immediately canned. Although in this case getting canned is very justified, I think it's a bit over the top punishment.

No, I wouldn't give my employees a gold star for doing their job. That would be just stupid.

Played a lot of the sng`s and it was very annoying how some people wanted to start a 275$ sng a day before the main event. Others had to wait a long time to start a 1030$ because the young girl (looking like vannesa selbst) just randomly clicked buttons and opened whatever.

ps. I think the older guy still works there and he did an ok job imo but he didnt run the sngs anymore just helped doing other things in the sng area.

There are millions of people who aren't thieves who are currently unemployed and would love to have a job like that. If he wanted to stay employed he should have fulfilled the duties assigned to him by his employer. You absolutely do not speak for the majority here.

I used to work in a hotel delivering food to guests rooms. If I had refused to hand over the food to guests unless they tipped me, I would have been fired for not doing my job and deservedly so. If you don't fulfil the duties given to you by your employer they have every right to fire you and hire someone else.

The principle is exactly the same.

People come on here to alert the wider community about players who are scamming them, and in this case it was to alert players about staff who scamming them. That's how self-policing works.
