Even money at best playing 'night baseball'. I like Durrrr's chances playing 'follow the queen'.

How do you know?

The challenge is HU challenge, but the thing he said earlier about beating any poker game he's seen meant 6 or more players.

man I really am slowly losing respect for Doyle, why does he have this attitude towards online players? He still thinks the the god dam KING of the poker world. Its 2009 Doyle, your not a big superstar of poker any more.

I’d like to see any of the “greats” go back and play Johnny Moss, Pat Renfro, Sailor Roberts, James Roy, Doc Ramsey and a host of other guys that made their living playing NLH.
Id love to see this. Man I would LOVE to see this.

If you watch these games closely, you’ll see a lot of the guys, kids mostly, making plays strictly because they are on TV.

Now that would be an epic bloodbath. I think Doyle is finally starting to lose it.

true, but unlike Phil Hellmuth, this was a carefully thought out blog entry, as

What a lame challenge, he can change the game at any time. That is a joke imo. He's supposed to be the king of NLHE and is afraid to play the internet players he is disrespecting.

Doyle doesn't like headsup. He says he'd have no problem playing top 6 or 7 NLHE players in a ring game.

Oh yeah he talks about how being a nit has gotten him the money on HSP, if he wasn't Doyle he wouldn't even be invited back, like Phil Galfond.

I don't see anyone in this thread who has acted like they are the best in the world. People are ragging down on Doyle because he is being a complete ass.

Its a good angle by Dollie. He know that if someone like Hoss responds, he can call NL Holdem games and if someone like Durrrr or OMG responds he can play Razz. I think if he extended the bet to live players, he would be in trouble. I can name a few off the top of my head who would be favorites: DN, Ivey, PA, Forrest, Johhny World, Lederer, and i'm sure a bunch of others.

Also, what are the limits? or can Doyle change those to his liking as well?

I don’t care if you find the top 6 or 7 NLH in the world; I believe I can find a way to win.

Er......no he doesn't

ok so he believes he can beat the top nlh players in the world, but he is not better than them? makes perfect sense.

No he believes he could find a way to win, that's different from saying he's the best player in the world.

No it's not. "I can win against the best players in the world, but I'm not better than them". Like I said, makes perfect sense, not.

For arguments sake he may believe he's the 4th best player at the table, could he could still make money if that were true?
