About time a mod took some responsibility and put a partial end to this farce by banning PSU.

Ahhhh, so he left las vegas.... to go to north las vegas. That makes lots of sense.

Please unban him!

I agree. Thread doesn't necessarily need to be locked, (although I expect it will die now), him being banned was a good decision.

He shouldn't be banned and should be allowed to respond to other posters.
He scams innocent, trusting people at airports. Then arrogantly shrugs it off. That isn't a nice guy in most peoples book.

I just spoke with mike. He is not in Nevada. He left the state.

I appreciate what I perceive as honestly. Gg and Gl. The way is hard. Do it.

Mike whatever is going on with you good luck in getting it sorted out. The world is a hustle, but sometimes this hustle isn't the right one for your world.

Isn't chainsaw a gambling addict too who plays vp like a nut?

Is he still crying & looking for sympathy because you're talking for him?

sounds like bs Mike would use to justify stealing from benevolent people.

Exactly. Whoever thinks this guy isn't the lowest of low scum on the earth doesn't know right from wrong. Is psumike a nicer guy than some politicians? oh yeah for sure.

Edit: maybe not the lowest, I forgot to consider many other criminals and offenses. I stand corrected.

GL Mike. Get your crap together. Things could be a lot worse, and things will get a lot better as long as you continue to get help.

That's really not the point. If Mike starts, as I said earlier itt, as a person with integrity going forward ... that's where he has to start. If he can start there, and then become a better person, maybe someday payback the victims of his crimes, and perhaps even help someone else with a problem ... Everyone wins. The world becomes a better place. That's idealistic, I know ... but it's possible. It's what a normal person would be hoping for.

I gamble every day usually on slots and video poker. Been doing this over 20 years.

^^ Why do you do that if you don't have an edge Chainsaw?

Edit: Because you enjoy it and can afford to do so, yet you are still an addict. Albeit on the opposite end of the spectrum of MB.

The difference being (hopefully) that you don't scam others to do so!

Good commentary last night btw, I learned to love Raymond too- he was pretty entertaining. Btw- I'm the dude from choctaw's wsopc that you thought looked like some actor.. I couldn't remember the name of the show, you should remind me in PM so I can check it out.

Allen playing slots is no different than 99% of NVGers sitting at a poker table with real money.

Keeping this kind of an addict in action was not a good deed. It delayed the addict's descent to rock bottom (he's still not there) and gave the addict a sense of belonging and identity in a gambling subculture.

Mike, had you not met Little Man you might have actually faced your demons--something you've yet to do. Instead you wallow in self pity, deflect, and even have the gall to cite Mike's death as an excuse for your recent behavior.
Spot on.

Please pull the trigger, PP, so that I can get my daily half-hour back.

Mr. Borovetz appears extremely briefly on TV in a tribute to "Little Man" on WPT Season 12 - Borgata Poker Classic - Part 1 From Atlantic City - Original Air Date 6/22/14. (FSWHD, channel 463, Time Warner Socal). He can be seen about thirty minutes into the one hour episode.

These episodes replay often. He was shown as one of about five speakers eulogizing at the event. No audio of the speeches is given, only about a half second of screen time is given to each.

My only interest was in doing the OP as a warning, but then .... guess who showed up in the thread.

Look, his performance at the airport was entertaining, I even told him to wait for me to check by bags, before he continued.

At the airport the tale of woe was this pretty transparent, highly detailed scam about cancelled lights, the EDC being in town, presented at a highly accelerated pace, with just enough pauses and questions to me to try and make it interactive to bring me into agreement. I HAVE been scammed before, successfully, but this tale last Sunday was not going to get paid off, ..... ......maybe a $5 donation if it turned into a really good airport yarn.

Referring to homelessness and even to gambling, were NOT part of his airport schtick, adding them to the mix made the thread entertaining, because they were a new level layered on what he personally had told me.

The tale of woe Mike later detailed in this thread may or may not even be true regarding the homelessness part. (The guy had a current home phone number, a current drivers license from Pa and debit/credit cards in his wallet which he flashed, which tends to discount the homelessness for 15 years stuff. He also looked in pretty good health and had lost some weight from his earlier photos. Add to that an ability to travel, stay at decent hotels, buy in to $1500 events, and I suspect the homeless for 15 years is the simply some spin being placed onto what is, bottom line, an admitted criminal career of defrauding folks to get money. For a homeless guy, he stayed at a pretty nice hotel while he was here.
