Thanks for the update, John.

The next time you talk to your contact, can you ask them about the affiliate mistake in particular? If they need some assistance in looking at this category of disputes, I'd be happy to help walk them through the spreadsheet so they know what to look for. I was pretty thorough in my dispute documentation but if I can help them streamline the process in any way, please let me know.

Thanks!

To be honest, I feel like I deserve interest on the time the government has had our money. Anything beyond 3-6 months after Stars paid the debt is unreasonable. When you get an IRS check from a previous tax year, you are paid interest on the money. Why should this be any different?

Who informed you that? I would venture to guess that most (if not all) of the disputed balances are panic cashouts + bounced checks.

I was thinking the exact same thing. I wish someone who has been around a while and has a few posts under his belt would have been the one to report receiving the test deposit. I guess all we can do is sit back and wait, and hopefully the money will show up sometime this week.

Really, my test ACH would have more merit if I had posted more on this site? That's an odd standard, considering the drivel that is a message board.

I've been sitting tight, being a passive reader, until I had something to contribute.

I'll post if/when my money hits.

I really question the entire process for the disputed claims issue as being a problem or hard to figure out.

I requested a check 4 days prior to Black Friday. I received confirmation of the "withdrawal" from my balance on the day prior t Black Friday but a check never arrived at my address. My account balance was lower by $2000.

So for "proof", all I had was the email string of them approving the withdrawal and my balance decreasing by the withdrawal amount. No other proof is available to me. It is all in the hands of "FullTilt" It is impossible to prove I didn't get a check.

Sorry - just venting over the process or lack there of!

Like folks have been saying, I too feel that this type of situation is really simple and anyone with 6th grade math skills could figure out in about an hour.

Patrick. I let him a voicemail and he called me back the next day. Unfortunately not a lot to expand on- I wanted to make sure my dispute specifically was expressed clearly, which was the primary reason for my call. He did offer to let me call back to make sure things were still on track, which I haven't yet (and apparently they're not).

They've said from the beginning that they're aware of the timeline around BF where no one was getting paid... and as Pappas said, they're establishing an exact timeline for that. I think you withdrawing 4 days out, or anyone who panicked and withdrew on BF have little to worry about.

If anyone gets a call, or calls Patrick, if you could ask him about the new info we received from the PPA that would be much appreciated. Since we haven't had a update from this "contact" before, I'm really hoping some info was mistranslated and the easy disputes are paid earlier.

Doesn't really make sense that easy disputes should have to wait 4-6 months longer when there's little to question about the dispute. But then again, this whole situation doesn't make much sense.

eh i dont think your postcount matters as much as the fact that you were the only one to get it i don't see a reason for you to lie unless you just want to troll and its not a 0% chance thx for the report regardless.

so my prediction of next summer seems to be pretty accurate. Given they are saying Q1, it prolly more likely means next summer might be off and its really going to be sometime around this time next year.

So ****ing disgusting, this entire thing has been nothing but a **** show of incompetence. I guess its to be expected given its a government contract that went to the lowest bidder, but its just so beyond idiotic that the undisputed portions couldn't be paid out and then dealt with the disputed portions.

Spoke with Patrick. He pretty much told me what the PPA told us. But that there is still a chance that we will receive our disputed funds by mid November- December but who knows.

The next wave should be expecting payments as soon as tomorrow or the day after.

OK lets be honest with ourselves here. There is no chance we get disputed payments this year, as in 2014.

Would be extremely happy to be wrong.

I finally received the e-mail! It says I will receive my money within the next 7 business days, but obviously I am hoping for much sooner than that. If you guys would like I will copy and paste it when I get to work tomorrow, as I am not at home right now and have a bad internet connection on my phone. Finally!!

ACH DEP DOJ POKER STARS

This morning, pending deposit for the full amount. I'd have been a lot happier 3 years ago - now I'm just mildly relieved. C'mon 3.5 years?

Major sympathy for those still waiting, this whole process has been ridiculous. It's better than no money - huge thanks to Stars for that.

Just to be clear were you one of the 600 undisputed claims included in the 4th round? I'm one of the 600 but I do not have my online banking info so I just want to make sure before I take a trip to the bank. I'm just wondering because GCG website has not been updated yet but then again they are slow on everything. Also I did not receive an e-mail.

EDIT: Ok found the e-mail from DOJ/GCG it was ironically in the Spam section lol
