Just to confirm disputed doesnt mean the affiliate accounts who had to send in an excel sheet and dispute what they are owed right? The accounts tagged as affiliate are even farther down the pipeline?

This is not correct. I'm an affiliate that was disputed and was told it would be october/november for me. Seriously, just call Patrick. So much of the stuff posted in this thread is not even close to accurate.

Your last sentence is about the most totally spot on comment that can be made. All I can add is that it was very much worse for a long time. A real cesspool of trolling and ignorance for a couple of years till the deal was made.

Pretty sure the slow wait time is on the DOJ not on GCC, but that is just my read.

Um, what does the DoJ even have to do with this now? I thought they handed the funds to GCG and left it all up to them?

I'm pretty sure the doj has to sign off on things like disputed balances.

Was kinda hoping to hear news this week.

Hope we have something new by the end of September at least.

Might be a dumb question, but, I don't suppose it's possible to accept your approved amount and then wait for the disputed funds as a separate case?

I was really hoping us remaining duplicates would have been paid by now. As far as I know, there are only a handful of us remaining.

To late as the "official" last day to file has passed, and they've said if you drop the dispute that's it, you can not re dispute later.

Ah, forgot about the droppers being included in this batch. The delay makes a little more since now, but I still hope we get paid in the next couple of weeks. I'm ready to put this entire mess behind me.

They claimed victory and moved on about a year ago now.

What would anyone have the PPA reasonably do on this one at this point?

They helped me relay my issue being labeled as an "affiliate" and having my whole balance at risk. I got on the phone with Pappas and explained the situation, showed/sent him my play history, and he sent all the details over to the DOJ to review to prove that their data/info from FTP was messed up. That was a pretty big deal imo.

This. I credit the PPA for addressing/relaying the affiliate situation to DOJ/GCG. I really do believe they were the major reason affiliates, such as myself, will be seeing any funds.

We discuss this with DoJ regularly, especially when they hit a roadblock.

So what is the timeline? I dropped my dispute at the last minute and was told I would be paid by the end of August. Why did it take so long to look at disputed claims?

Any contact with GCG? Seems like they're what's slowing things up with poor planning. DoJ seems to be relatively on the ball lately, maybe because of your help.

This is your update to the community? Why even post? Whatever you discuss with the DOJ it's not disputed accounts, nor providing any sort of timeline.

Congrats on helping affiliates, now give the rest of us some concrete info from these meetings you're having with the DOJ.

Kinda same thing, what exactly do you really expect any outside group anywhere to do in this spot that could help?
