FTP will never be in the US again, like stars. Party in the USA on the other hand is going to slowly take on some serious traffic imo.

I don't know if I'd be happy about bought US funds with the way everything is most likely going to go down, imagine you bought a large US roll, and find out the person never paid any taxes, and now you gotta get that money from the DOJ .

Meh. Pay .40 cents on the dollar for it.

Get it back from the government at .75 on the dollar when they take their cut. They always get their cut.

#RichGetRicher

Plus I've delt with DOJ during Netteller and again with PS after bf. They aren't after us and frankly the uproar is so high they would rather U.S. players get their money back on shore. IRS takes juice. Everyone wins.

Same reason DOJ is letting everyone from BF settle for what amounts to nothing but a slap on the wrist and some $$.. They can't handle a test case. ESPECIALLY if their test case lost it would be way too devastating for them.

People assume because the DOJ took action this is black and white. But if this went to trial. There are some grey areas of the UIGEA that would be tested heavily among others.
