But being in your position and then writing a mail, where you actually behave like you made something wrong isnt really smart.

You are 1000% correct.

I guess I am just banking on the fact that he has 10-15k to his name right now where he can start paying me back on a strict weekly schedule. While still being able to grind up more money to keep paying me back. I would rather get the money then ruin his name to people in his life. But If I don't get any money in the next 7 days or he doesn't contact me within a couple days, then all bets are off.

Doing this **** on here doesn't mean a whole lot in comparison to actual people and family he knows finding out. So I'm giving him 2 days to contact me.

Besides... I could do this right now and end it completely. What fun would that be??? I want him to sweat even more, on top of the complete **** storm he already has going on in his life.

For the love of God please don't EVER lend money to anyone unless they are close relatives.

All you are doing is letting this obviously creative scum bag stall and then formulate a game plan to discredit your future contact with his people.

Give him 8 hours MAX ..and only that because you already warned him.

I don't think he'll be able to formulate a plan to stop any of this from his people.

This is a public forum. His name is on the thread...his picture is on the original post. All things that I will mention in the facebook message before they open the link. Plus a summary of what he has done to me and others, like the OP.

I have all his contacts, not much he can do. Pretty dumb of him to allow me to be friends with him on facebook if this was his scam all along. I'll take it though.

yes... that is why i just sent him this.

Edwin,

You have an addiction that could potentially ruin your life. I know that addicts tend to live in denial and keep doing whatever their addiction is and avoid getting treatment until they hit rock bottom. I am going to help you hit rock bottom by exposing the con-artist you are to all your friends and people close to you in your life, so you can start getting better. Just looking out for you buddy.

good luck,

-Mike

Well said mike, you deserve some satisfaction one way or the other.

Mike's doing it right. Give the guy a reasonable amount of time to respond before posting. As long as he sticks to it, what's another couple days do as long as it is 100% the final deadline? Tell him you don't care about his stories, his bull****, his excuses, you need money and if you don't get it or a payment plan (which includes the first installment and how he's getting the money to pay you back so he doesn't just scam others) you send all his contacts this thread. If that doesn't work see a lawyer and consider pressing charges imo.

Thanks zach.

Maybe he did not care about me sending to his contacts initially because he could have messaged them all saying i'm some nutball who is writing all his contacts individually. Who knows.

But this thread would be clear proof to all his personal contacts and family that he is a complete con artist and thief. With a little message explaining what's in the link and what he has done.

All this in this thread is probably manageable to him. he won't meet 99.9% of the people who have viewed this thread. And if someone does see him, as someone said... "so what".

If Edwin was every going to send me my money, this is the only realistic shot I have, because now he knows I can really **** his name, and that I am serious this time, because I am not libeling him. Been waiting 2 years...what is 2 more days to see.

But I will be doing it if he doesn't contact me and will keep everyone updated and show what I send in addition to the thread to all his fb contacts.

Appreciate it.

I hate people that owe money that turn it around on the lender. A ruse that also allows them to justify not paying it back. The more antagonistic they can make the relationship, the more justified in their mind they are for not paying back the debt.

Good luck and it sucks that you are willing to compromise for just partial payment. A win right there for this dirtbag. He should owe 3x as much.

How exactly is intentionally conning people out of money a disease?

*******s gonna be scumbags.
12-12-2011 , 09:53 AM
I am not 100% sure but I'm pretty sure I met this guy in college at University of Washington and he didn't pay up to what he owed in our home games... Nothing compared to what he owes others, but I just think its pretty funny if its the same guy.

You are right.

I'm sure he has coming to him what he has coming to him. And I would bet that it wouldn't be just an old fashioned ass kicking.

I would be taking thos comment down as the likliehood of something serious happening to this guy is not out of the realm of reality. Just asking for trouble imho

If someone is playing in traffic, and you point out that it's likely he is going to get hit by a bus, you aren't doing anything wrong. Given the reports of his behavior, which doubtless are only the tip of the iceburg of what he has actually done, I would be surprised if this scammer hasn't already received several beatings.

So you are saying that after reading this entire thread before me saying that I wouldn't be shocked that something serious could happen to him by someone... you thought there was a 0% chance of something serious happening to him???

If you don't think there is the likelihood of something serious happening to him in the underground bookie world or whatever when he ran out on 100k debt, than I don't know what to say.

I'm 100% certain that the 9k he owes me is the last thing on his mind, and if he only owed 9k and it was only to me, he would probably be happier than a pig in **** and pay me back. I don't know how you could misconstrue what I said to mean that I would potentially do something serious to him over a measly 9k, when all I have been advocating doing is sending this thread to his FB contacts.

It's obvious this Edwin Kim is in deep.
