Is putting yourself in the position to accidentally kick a girl in the face really any better than just kicking a girl in the face? It's not like he was beating up some rapist and accidentally kicked the victim

I think there is a pattern and i'm not really cool with it. But it's hardly my place to talk about public figures. I just think there are better ways to combine money and fun. George Clooney seems to have it figured out. I guess good sense doesn't get you a bazillion Instagram followers.

I think you simply don't put yourself in that situation. And if you do, it's your own damn decision, so have restraint. Issues: 1) respect (it's her job) 2) foreign country (she has a set price for these things and that's how the system works) 3) damaged her valuable property (your fault) 4) kicked a person who posed no serious threat, with serious force (inexcusable). 5) went out and did more drugs (idiotic) 6) posted on 2+2 and expected to get lionized for such behavior (delusional)

I think there were two stories posted by him involving fights with hookers - one involving a hooker in Amsterdam where he first smashed her radio over some dispute about what services were included - which prompted a fight... the other was some incident in a suite in the Bellagio involving him fighting two or three hookers. Presumable he's decided that admissions of beating up women might not be good to leave lying around on the internet now he's getting a bit of publicity.

Regarding your main point, which apparently excuses all the rest: it seems based on Dan's story that he tried to do something beyond what the professional agreed to for set price. If you are in another person's place of business (particularly when you are in a foreign country) you should respect that, even if you feel there is a slight con involved.

Now I like many ppl probably gave Dan the benefit of the doubt, figuring he was exaggerating or whatever. Still considering him a douchebag. Not so sure any more...

Dan has been arrested for attempting to make an explosive device. The warrant is out of Las Vegas but he was arrested at LAX. He is being held without bail in LA while officials in Las Vegas extradite him.

I'm wondering if the arrest is related to this instagram post. Gas tank explosions don't look like that, with fireworks sparks etc. I'm guessing he staged the explosion, and is now facing 1-6 years in Nevada state prison.



Of course, money talks. Before the end of the week he will see an LA judge and will almost certainly be granted bail pending extradition, and then he can go to Vegas on his own and post bail there. Chances are tonight and maybe tomorrow is the only jail time he'll do, since he'll probably hire David Chessnoff or someone like him in Vegas and will get probation. But since he'll be out on bail for a felony, he won't be allowed to have a single gun around him so he isn't going to like that very much.
