idk, I post a lot more news items and general content here than you do. This dunking today represents a pretty significant % of your posting contributions to this forum. I think you might spend more of your time here looking for dunks than I do.

Reached a wrong conclusion based on your biases. If you had a bit more awareness then you would have put it on a range more effectively. You might even have realised that I was so confident because I could just see the post while you have too much faith in weaker tools like memory and searching skills. Me telling you when the post was should have been a serious clue that i was not making it up.

If you learn from this then you can do weaken your biases for the future. Or not - so much easier to blame someone else for your mistakes but that just stengthens your biases. Hopefully I biased in thinking you will probably opt for the later.

Had it been someone else other than you, I would have probably done those things. You have form for the sort of thing I described upthread, so, I guess, well done for balancing out your range. I'll adjust accordingly next time.

I try to learn from my mistakes. The lesson I have learned from this is that when dealing with you, I always need to play the man, not the ball.

Me too and there's nothing wrong with making mistakes

This reminded me of a time I was playing in a chess tournament as kid. Got into a ferocious end game where a piece down I almost forced a pawn through.

In the car on the way home, Dad remarked something about the opponents bishop and I was convinced he didn't have a bishop (in the end game). After a long argument when I was absolutely convinced there was no bishop I checked the record and yes there was a bishop of course there was a bishop!!!. This was in a game that lasted probably about 2+ hours of total focus and I couldn't remember a bishop! A stunning moment in my life from which I leaned a lot.
