Even though I don't like you scum I'll advice you to book a flight to London so you can get there by Monday morning and open a bank account which you withdraw all your funds to. Get as much as possible in cash. Your money is not safe and if you are lucky the FBI has missed some transaction account and you will still be able to withdraw funds. If not your money is probably gone. Do not wait or fool yourself your money is safe, it is not!

Since most bank transfers in the world are channeled through the city of London I would give you better chances at withdrawing money there then in any other place. Just make sure the bank is in the city of London (it's a small area in the middle of London). You can have an account ready in a matter of an hour or so if you are lucky. If you already have an account abroad (from the US) get your money there now if you can.

If you can, withdraw now and prepare and make preparations so you won't be recharged for the money. Also know that most of the US players are citizens of Washington DC by law, make sure to take the appropriate actions to fend of what comes with this. This is more important to you then you may think at first.

They mean business this time around. I would assume most European players have started to withdraw all their funds if they have any understanding of what is happening at the moment.

Other then that I'd advice you to start looking for a real job if you made your living of poker. See you around, but it won't be at the tables.

It appears that I can still play on FT but I just tried to register for a sitngo on Stars and got denied due to my area of residence (US.)

Seems pretty likely the DOJ will do the same thing they did with NT and force/allow payouts from the seized accounts directly to account holders.

I just withdrew everything from FTP... even I am an Euro but I dont trust the US gov at this point so no need to gamble with my roll. Who knows if/when this will be over.

Nothing to do with socialism.

Sweden, UK and Australia are all very 'socialist' countries in comparison to US but all have legal online and B&M poker and sports betting.

It's the US right wing (egged on by religious nutcases) that restricts your freedom on moral grounds.

They banned alcohol in the 20's; have resisted drug law relaxation and abortion rights for 100+ years and it was them again with the poker (Frist sneaked in the UIGEA to appease his religious base).

This is because their God tells them how everyone should live their lives, including other Americans..

They have done this in the past. First to Party Poker than to Neteller. In both cashes I had my money froze for a little bit but got it all back. Both times it was the US playing these games in trying to arrest people from their companies.

Guys, please no panic, most people report that cashouts comes instantly from FTP, mine came in 10 mins to moneybookers. I think domain will be transfered tommorow.

If you actually read the article, Tzvetkoff isn't some villain. He was one of the main guys who facilitated the financial transactions that made it possible for FTP and PS to operate in the US in the first place--thats why he was in a position to rat them out. Can anyone honestly say you would take decades in prison rather than rat out your former business partners?
