20-50bb tables are so much worse for PLO than NLHE due to the nature of the game. I'm kinda shocked that you don't do it for Omaha as well at the same time

Thank you Stars. I think you guys got it perfect this time.

I wouldn't be surprised if the cap games are popular and I would be ok with that. I do think it will be more difficult for ss to win now without bigger stacks at the table to give them an advantage, one they never should have had.

I am very surprised about that too. While there are winning regs at NLHE at 20-50bb, at PLO it would be very hard to win considering the structure.
Steve, any reason why you didn't make the change for PLO as well?(I am not even a PLO reg)

When will we find out if Cap games go to a new lobby, and where would that new lobby be?

I know you said all changes for tables would be announced by the end of january, does this include a new lobby? If cap games move to a new lobby in June and die off, that would really mess up people going for SNE on cap tables.

I am waiting for the new thread titled "Pokerstars needs to drop the 20BB Cap tables!!". Its just a matter of time before someone starts it.

I would assume if moved it would look like this:

Hold'em | Omaha | Stud | Other | Tourney | SNG | Events
Fixed Limit | No Limit/Pot Limit | CAP | Play Money

As you're still playing with Hold'em rules but using a different betting structure than NL or Limit.

@steve now that stars has NLo8 6 max tables for small buyins,is there a chance that u will add Lo8 6max tables with a smaller buyin than 1/2$ soon?
