That isn't really relevant either way. When they stick their brand on a site, they take responsibility for that site's actions period. If this is just a PartyPoker.fr thing, and I don't believe it is, then PartyPoker.com needs to step in and clear this up. It's almost unbelievable that somebody offered OP 2k to 'go away'. If true that shows some very stupid people are involved in some very sketchy things on that site.

You should sue them, and also ask to give you more money that you were not able to grind out as your account was locked, so they basicly took your 1 month salary for this stupid proces of "them solving the problem, and you not playing at all". GL OP!

BTW, the thread in the French Forum "Club Poker" has 348 posts and 39788 views at the present time (which is fairly large for our standards) and still no official post from a Party representative (not speaking of a Party.com representative which imho should absolutely be warned of this whole story).
PP.fr is indeed the same brand as PP.com - we have a ps.fr, had a FT.fr (ffs) and have many local brands you guys probably don't know of.

And we are talking of a sponsored pro, not exactly a random guy. How many of those were to speak crudely potentially screwed ? PP what are you waiting for ?

Maybe instead of ragging on someone for only having 4 posts it's more important to focus on another site trying to screw another player. OP and the rest of the French community went out of their way to make sure this got posted on 2p2 so that more people could be warned - attacking them for not being part of the cool kids post count club seems pretty counterproductive at this point.

Because if my first guess was that this whole story is just coming from a mistake in the first place, the fact that they still don't say a word even after the revealing of the 2k mafia process makes me think that maybe it hides something bigger.

I may sound like a crazy person, but maybe not every player (either high stakes or low stakes) posts on 2+2, let alone having a massive post count like you...

unless party has a new policy that makes you sign up here and make 2k posts before playing on their site, and then scam you for 10k; but then nobody would fall for it

Lawyers of both sides are in contact now, So we prob. Won't have Any update for a while.

* cliffnotes about pp answer (French site clubpoker did contact pp's lawyer to enlighten a bit this case) *

I'm pretty sure you can't sue someone for defamation for telling the truth. As long as OP hasn't lied about anything they don't have a leg to stand on with those threats. They just want him to shut up.
