I played few minutes ago and then left table. I was also waiting on another table for other players. But if I try to join a table now I don't get chips. It always puts me on sit out and I can't reload somehow. Any problems with software?

Exactly the same problem here and can't register for SNGs.

I've got the same problem on PaddyPower. I don't get it on another skin though.

Sorry for the delay in the response.
We checked the performance of the Fort Knox JP and can see that the frequency of the tournaments is lower when the Jackpot begins but increase dramatically when the JP is around its $150K prize so the problem might be with the starting prize and not necessarily with the fee.
In any case, we are planning to check all jackpots performance in the next couple of weeks and will make necessary amendments if required.

So far there have been many complaints from other players that the software crashes by far more often on skins that already have the new lobby. Has there already been a fix to improve it?

I spoke to you a while ago about incorrect percentages often being displayed for all-in odds.

Has this now been fixed with the new update?

We have not had any reports of this nature. There was network wide downtime on the 12th of this month but this effected all sites, those with/without the new lobby. We will however raise the concern with iPoker.

No, this has not yet been fixed. There is still an issue with how the percentages are rounded making them very slightly incorrect at times. A fix for this is being worked on.

I don't understand how this can be difficult to fix?

I can work out the percentages on a calculator in less than 2 seconds. How can it take a multi-million pound poker company with all kinds of computer software months and months to get the correct percentages?

Do you think it's acceptable to be displaying incorrect information to customers? I certainly don't.

Do you believe iPoker are working on fixing this because to me it looks as if they don't care.

Your site is great!!

Opened account 10.2 and made a deposit with visa. After few minutes the account was locked due to security reasons. This is ok.

Live support told me that i canīt play from the country iīm currently in. Anyway, sent email to support and they just told me to send a copy of id and utility bill. Did this and waited response. After couple days they asked copy of visa card. Fine, i sent them that.

Waiting 4-5 days. Sent email to ask, what is taking so long? Now they wanted copy of passport. Thatīs ok. But why you donīt ask everything in a first place.

Couple of days waiting... Got an email saying that my account is now open and i can start playing.

Tried to login, but client says "due to security bla..bla..bla cannot login to poker". Well, sent email and chatted live support about that. They had no idea why i canīt login.
Support said that they will contact ipoker about this. Even paddypower support could not login to my account. They asked my permission and tried.

That was 2 days ago. Now i got this funny email.

I have been playing Rio Jackpot tournaments for a while and I'm looking to move up to the Fort Knox tournaments.

Something that concerns me though, is the higher percentage of tournament fee on Fort Knox in comparison to Rio.

Rio entry is 20+3.5 so a fee of 17.5%.

Fort Knox entry is 50+9 so a fee of 18%.

On the rest of your site, the fees get SMALLER percentage-wise as buy-ins increase. Why on these Jackpot tournaments has the fee got BIGGER percentage-wise at the higher buy-in?

My guess would be because the Jackpot is higher and less people play for it, thus the risk is higher that it gets cracked and with the slightly higher fee they at least cover some of the higher risk on their end.

I don't see how the risk is higher?

Surely the risk is the same proportionally?

If we're paying $1.50 fees ($3.50 minus the normal $2 fee for non-jackpot tournaments) towards a jackpot of $30,000, why are we paying $4 fees towards a jackpot of $50,000.

I don't get what you mean that the risk is higher?

Have to admit there are loads more crashes with the new updated
lobby.
Mine crashed 4 times in the same tourney last night.
I finished 4th and only have 13 hands in my hand history
really weird.

As the percentages are only incorrect my a couple of decimal points we believe that it is not negatively effecting player's game play. It is however in the development queue.
