This is unbelievable if real..... and im not missing something and money is accualy dissapearing.

I'm missing ~5BIs after 22k hands.
I contacted their support about it yesterday. I'll let you know what's the story.

I basically noticed because I checked my cashier after my 1st session yesterday and then had a +0.5BI session and my cashier was down 1.5BI!

The only thing that could potentially explain the overall difference is that HEM is missing some hands (check out the number of hands that you have on PP lobby and in HEM). Bu then again that would mean that we are losing a lot on those specific hands.

I also asked HEM 2 if they are experiencing problems with currencies conversion but they are not so that can't explain it.

Next thing I will ask them if they say there is no pb is to send me my HH so that I can import them all and check that out.

Would be great if other ppl could do the same check.

^if the issue is simply HM related(missing hands) then there should be people who have too much money in their balance also. So yeah please check ur balances and post everyone.

What happened with this? i tried asking for my hh for the whole month also and i got as a response something completely off topic. I am still missing over 8 buy in's and i cant really explain it. The client is super glitchy still. Today i checked my buddy list and noticed myself on it? And it showed i was on a table wich i was not sat on so i opened it up and tried to sit down and my client instantly crashed as i clicked a seat and then 90% of my friend list had dissapeared once i reloaded the client.

I also tried to get my HH without success. they are not being super cooperative I have to say. Going back and forth.

Anyone else that dont get "extra points", even have opt in & playing at power hours? check this guys, I think I cant be only one who is missing loads of points!

Was just playing some speed poker at around midnight when I won a $60 pot with QJ offsuit and while it was raking in my monies the client froze. I waited for a while but to no avail so I tried closing it and reopening it to see if that helped....Then it wont let me connect to the client so I check my account on the paddy power website only to find that my balance is $0:00?

Where did my money go? None of the staff seem to know?
