Has anybody gotten any money out of ePass since 10/1 ? I've done a bunch of withdrawals and none of them have shown up yet. They sent a warning about having trouble with their payment processor.

On September 26th, I loaded money into Epassporte using an Instant Bank Account Load. The amount was only $100. Since I made that load, there's been a message on my Epassporte login screen that says:

"You have recently had an Instant Bank Account Transfer. Please note some features may be unavailable until 8 business days have past since your last Instant Bank Account transfer."

Basically that means that they won't allow me to cash out until this message disappears.

Alright, well I put in a withdrawal, wish me luck. Will post TR (hopefully positive) on October 18th since that is 7 business days. I also withdrew a paper check from Stars to test out the options and speed of service.

does anyone know what a ''limited account features'' mean ? i was told my country - romania - isn't on their list but that i could get an account if a holder opens it for me as a gift, though i'm not sure if it would be a limited account. would i be able to withdraw and deposit at poker sites? i've asked them a few times but they didn't really answer the question, it was an auto-reply and i haven't been able to get a live human being on the phone yet . i'm also curious if my status changes when i move to prague soon since the czech rep is one of the countries they cater for. thanks .

I would just like to post an update on my situation, i went through account unlock hell, as well as hell with the 15k wire i was trying to get out as part of that, it took almost 65 days to hit my account

BUT!

Last week i tried them one more time, put 15k in on the 3rd, called that day and talked to a supervisor, i politely asked them to let me send my wire form to them at their custservco.com email address. She gave me the address, i emailed her the wire form and immediately got a verification of docs message. This morning the money was available in my bank account.

So 65 days for the first wire

6 days for the 2nd, actually 3 full business days. So in my limited experience epassporte gets better after verification hell and becomes useful

I'm making a 3rd wire in the next few days and if it is once again quick i'll update

Just talked to absolute poker and epassporte is no longer a viable withdrawal option. Looks like u either have to get a bank wire or check if you want to cash out or u could make an ewalletxpress account and get raped for 10% every time u cash out of there. Sorry I'm not payin 50$ to cash out 500$. Can anything save online poker in the U.S.?

Anyone else getting double billed on visa purchases using the Epass visa card? I've had four so far.

I withdrew $1000 yesterday, and tried to do so today. It didn't work, though I had sufficient balance. A $100 withdrawal did work (but not $400, the next highest number I tried).

My understanding was that I have a limit of 20 ATM withdrawals a month, with a max of $1240 per withdrawal.

Am I misunderstanding that? Is the TOTAL ATM withdrawal amount a month $1240? Because that would suck.

EDIT: Just reviewed Thread #2 -- def. not the case it should be $1240 per month . . . but not sure why I'm having the problem. Perhaps it didn't 'reset' yet, I'll try again tomorrow. I'll also try taking the money from checking instead of credit card, but not sure why that would be relevant.

Can someone tell me if they lock up your account for verification purposes once the total amount loaded into epassporte exceeds $5000 or if your balance exceed $5000 at any one time. For example say I withdrew $4000 from a poker site to Epassporte, than withdrew that $4000 to my bank account leaving a balance of $0. After this I make another withdrawal of $3500 from a poker site to Epassporte. Would they lock my account at this point? Thanks for any insight.

how the hell do i view my account balance and all that stuff??? all i can do is go to my account which then gives me the option to make a new load up option or load up from my bank account. the only way ive ever gotten to the page where i can see my balance and all that stuff is after i made a load up it takes me to that page. now that ive gotten money on there how the hell do i get back to being able to check my balance and stuff?? this site is so ******ed.

I'm not sure, but it sounds like jargon-speak for freezing your account because they think something is amiss, and that they need time to investigate without accusing you of funding with a stolen credit card, or whatever it is they suspect you of doing.

Ok fair enough, so how long do these things usually take because nothing is amiss?

The only thing I can think of is this morning I tried logging in and the first two times I got my password wrong... the first time when I accidentally used my Nucharge password and the 2nd time (immediately after) when I was typing fast because I was trying to get into a tourny on Stars.... the 3rd time I got in but then the message was there - I didnt think that my unsuccessful attempts were the reason because I thought you had to have 3 unsuccessful attempts but that is all I can think of... I have used them for less than $1000 in business so I don't know what their problem is. Thanks for being so interested and thanks for responding.

I'd guess this is the reason. It's strict, if it is, but it also shows they are looking after your money for you.

As soon as you are able to make contact with them, and confirm it was you trying to log in, they'll free the lock.

Really? With Nucharge I have to select credit... but I dont have an epassporte yet.

I don't recall seeing people complain about this -- I tried to withdraw some $$ from a poker site recently, and after a day the message I got was "EPASSPORTE: REJECTED". No message in my Epassporte account about this. Is this a usual occurrence? I've withdrawn $2000 before without issue. Seems odd. (Nowhere near $2000 in my Epassporte account now either.)

I don't know 100% for sure, so don't take this as gospel but:

Wednesday, epass mentioned that they were going to fix a bunch of stuff and potentially be offline and some services would be unavailable. That might be what caused your problem.

Or, of course, epass being epass could have caused the problem.
