I'm pretty disappointed right now. The software looks nice and all but I HAVE to play tiled or I can't play on this software anymore. I used to be able to stack the tables as they would pop up but now the proper tables aren't popping up and I'm timing out constantly. Very tilting. I never had this problem on the old software. If it matters I'm using PT3. Has anyone else had this issue?

Yeah. It seems like if anything other than a table has focus, then when action is needed the table no longer pops up. Instead, it just beeps and you have to try to find the table in your stack. But if another table has focus, then the tables act as they should and pop up when action is needed.

So things like looking through the lobby for other games, etc. is a bit of a chore now. Since, the tables no longer pop to the front on their action.

It's a huge pain, and needs to be addressed quickly.

You can change it manually. Rename whatever theme you want to theme2.

It doesnt work. After any changes in images folder client updates and everything becomes default. Can u please explain how u fixed it?

It calculates checksum files and I don't know how to cheat it


And in options I see only one theme available also

I tried but after my opened table looks like this



Ok I deleted themes folder and after that client downloaded\updated just one theme. That means that other themes just kept from old client and not supported by new one. Thats why in options table background is 1\1

Did anyone elses "bonus cash freed" and "bonus cash total" drop to zero after the update? I just checked mine and it's zero.

No but occasionally when I join a table the buyin option appears telling me I have insufficient balance and I'm forced to log off/log back on.

BCP doesn't support any tracking software and neither does any other site. The trackers read or scrape the data provided to do what they do. Just because they stop sending what the trackers expect is like game modders blaming the publisher because their mods don't work on the latest version.

Figuring out how to get the data they need is their job and why we pay them for the product and updates.

But hey, don't a lack of technical knowledge prevent you from blaming the wrong party. You wouldn't be the first.

Nice work. I wish I had the time to convert more of my stars/ftp decks, and table themes too, but I am trying to spend my time when not doing tech support work away from the computer now to give my wrists a rest.

I play at 4 different sites so this is the first thing to do when I signed. There are parts prom commercial layout and i'm not sure that can share it. But I spent a lot of time to adjust it for blackchip. And ofc original seller of this layout doesn't support this poker room.

You offer no argument as to why people should be content with the software flaws (they just should), what it is about the new site that's substantively better than before (just that it is), you call everyone who doesn't agree a hater and can't quite figure out why that makes you a hater too.

I've met more nimble stumps.

my 'bonus freed' also went to zero (i had only completed a small % prior to update) so i talked to live support last night (3 days after the update), and lucy m. said she's handing it off to her supervisor who would would make sure it was updated within 15 minutes. checked this morning and nothing was done.

If you just ported someone else's work I don't think you should share it without the original designer's permission. Take the amount of time it took you to port his work and multiply it by 10 and you probably still wouldn't be close to how much time goes in to designing and creating a deck/theme. I quit doing it when I started doing HM Tech Support because I didn't have the time to spare to even keep my existing mods updated, let alone make new mods. I started working on porting one of my favorite FTP/Stars decks to WPN a month or two ago and quickly got bored due to how slow and tedious the process is.

JFC who gives a ****. I'm just happy that you can get over your extreme tiny d!ck syndrome by insulting people on an Internet forum. Congrats sir. And good day.

Recently joined BCP, but there is pretty low traffic. My question is in the higher stakes I see the same players spanned across high limits in multiple rooms for days. Kinda anxious about sitting down at these tables, but small and micro stakes have no chance for substantial rake. Any relief?

Eh. I've been away for a few days, just read it.

I don't even object to his opinion that the software update is great and good enough. Opinions are like buttholes (everyone has one, most of 'em stink) and everyone's entitled to theirs.

I object to his lazy and meaningless phrase of "hater" applied to everyone who thought there were problems that should have been adressed before a roll-out and features that should have been included that aren't. Not "this is why you should be happier...," just lobbing insult.

In any case I'm done with the nitwit and thread.

FWIW, I do think the new software is an improvement and I can't think of a site I'd rather do business with than BCP. The support is top-notch and timely, the cashouts are stellar. I think the rake is insane but I'm not aware of a place that's better that has any traffic. We complain because we want to see it improve, not simply to take potshots for sh*ts and giggles.
