Great Customer Support my a$$!!!!

I've got two support tickets in their affiliate support page, one 6 days old and the other 13 days old with no response.

We were planning to partner with them, but if this is how they treat their affiliates, they can forget it.

They aim for the next 1-2 weeks if the testing goes well.

I just signed up at bcp 2 days ago after taking a 5 year break from online poker. I wish the software had a little more features to it, like being able to adjust colors for chats since seeing player chat is difficult through the dealer chat, but not really important.
I gotta say though, the customer support surprised me. I've played on like a dozen different sites in the past, none of them were as quick to respond as bcp. I had an issue with my first deposit bonus not appearing which my ticket was answered in about 30 minutes, and the problem was fixed a few hours after that. I signed up from an affiliate to get rakeback but my account isn't set up for it so I contacted live support and again, I was impressed with not having to wait, I was connected instantly to someone. More importantly that person was able to use coherent English as opposed to speaking with someone with broken English, means a lot to me.
The only major thing I didn't like was that when I first joined I sat at 2NL and was playing but not really paying attention, but then noticed that I won a pot and actually lost money from playing it. Turns out it was a bbjp/beast table which afterwards I noticed the tables were highlighted in blue and had jp in their names. I wish they had a filter to remove them since I don't like playing bbjp tables.

There's 2NL BBJP tables?
07-11-2013 , 10:08 AM
pretty sure the beast/bbjp doesnt start until the 10nl tables. unless you meant 25nl.

No there isn't, BBJ / Beast starts as of NL10.

There will actually be such a filter in the new software client.

And when exactly is that supposed to roll out?
07-11-2013 , 10:26 AM
the new filter won't really matter. its up to the players to avoid the beast, that's the only way wpn will ever consider removing/changing it.

i'd rather see something to separate the stakes in cash games.

Yeah sorry I made a typo.

Also I have a problem with sound. When I am playing on bcp once in awhile my sound on my entire pc just shuts off for like 5-10 minute periods then come back on. Its not just on bcp its everything, and only happens when I play on bcp.
I got an error message about some my sound using too much of my pc or something like that. Has this happen to anyone else? I am on windows 7 64bit.

i've had no technical issues with the software. ran it on w7 64b and now w8.

I'm sure this has been explained elsewhere, but if someone can answer these without me looking through hundreds of post it'd be much appreciated:

#1) How long do cash outs usually take?

#2) Am I reading correctly that the bad beat jack pot only takes about $0.1 per hand at NL$200 and lower and $0.33 at NL$400 and higher?

#3) Both HEM and HUD can be used?

Thanks

Hi Matt -

I play on the Winning network (not BCP) but I think I can take a stab at questions 1 and 3

1) Cashouts by check usually take a week. There is a debit card you can get that would speed up the time. WU (with a high vig) is also an option.

3) Yes HEM added support. HUDs can be used.

BCP, ACR, and TP are what comprise the WPN. They're all part of the same player pool.

Yep...I was just stating that even though I'm not a BCP player, I can answer his questions.

I know they are on the same network.

How much rake would I have to pay before I could cash out the profits on a $500 transfer from a friend if I have never deposited before? Is it even possible to cash anything out if you have never deposited on the site? Also where is the best place to get rakeback?

Hi,

My apologies, I thought we had deactivated the support system in the affiliate back-office - I will make sure that is done ASAP.

Please email affiliates@blackchippoker.eu and Louisa will respond to you ASAP.

Kind regards,
BlackChipRep.

I'm sure this has been asked tons of times, but I haven't seen it in 20 pages and really dont wanna browse 400 more pages. Are the lower limits beatable with the absurd rake? (NL25-50)? The games would be if they were soft, but they don't look all that soft. Thanks for any help.

It depends on:

1) how good you are at playing NLHE
2) how good you are at table selecting
3) how much volume you put in since you can overcome The Beast drop by placing high in The Beast promo as well as reap higher rewards in the Elite Benefits program
4) whether you ever win a share of the BBJ

Allow me to translate:

1) You have to be damn good. Auto-piloting will not get it done.
2) Tables are reg infested. Bum hunting is like hunting for Sasquatch with a spork.
3) You must have a leather ass. Rake back is a must.
4) You don't win the lottery if you don't play.

Traffic has been growing lately though. Get that new software up and running and it'll spike again.

Games are pretty soft imo, but ya the rake and the combination of the BBJ is extremely high.

how come there is no 6max non-beast full stack 100 6maxplo games? They have them for every other limit
