The value of the points you earn, which can later be spent in the store, is deducted from your gross rake before rakeback is calculated. You should be able to see your points balance in the cashier.

Yeah at about 745 est everything just froze. I closed the client to restart it and after a few attempts i was able to relogin but I couldnt access my sng's. Super frustrating.

Same thing just happend to me in the middle of a hu sng, was told to email security@blackchippoker.eu , also it was weird that my anti virus trend micro deleted the program right after

Fields, it might help you to know that they are called "Benefit Points" on Black Chip. Combat terminology is on ACR. I know it's confusing, too - but at least I can remember Black Chip's terminology - the other skins' are very difficult to remember as to which is the base point and which is the multiplier - I guess calling them FPP and VPP would have been copycatting too much from Stars!

I create an account - check.
I try to log in - FAIL!

LuckyDuckyDan is the user account. Every time I try to log in, I get 'Bad user code or password !'

I was able to issue a password reset to make Extra Special Sure that I wasn't doing something stupid (Caps lock, etc.) and I still cannot log in.

Any idea why I can't play?

Do you guys know how much rake you need to generate per month to make it beneficial to switch from being rakeback to the elite program? Iv'e read most posts about it in here and in the ACR thread. Seen 700/month (if 27% rb) and 3000/month (if 35% rb) thrown around. But no one seems to know for a fact and I don't wanna switch and have it be the wrong move, since you can only request the change once. Has anyone actually switched from rakeback to elite yet? I tried asking live support and got treated to some ******ed on the fly responses..

Heard good things about BC (especially after the move). Just downloaded the software to test it out before depositing.

Am I missing something or are the cash game filters really this abysmal? Can't sort by stake, 6max, FR, HU? Can't sort out CAP games or JP games (assuming this is badbeat tables)?

I really want to like this site because of the fast cashout times that have been quoted, but I am finding it difficult to love with the lack of filters.

They have said they will be coming out with new software within the next month. So hopefully that will make it better.

Does anyone know why I get an error message that asks if I want to continue running scripts whenever I click the cashier, deposit, or withdrawl in the client? Nothing happens no matter if I select yes or no. If I cut and past the web address into Google chrome I can sometimes get in.

Is there a reason there's exactly zero limit hold em traffic? I realize the popularity of the game is going down - especially post Black Friday and the squeezing out of most of the casual players - but, that's fairly impressive to have absolutely zero traffic .

Also got those script errors, don't know why. Sometimes withdrawal options wouldn't appear in cashier until I logged out and back in

there were ~150 players before the move, Black Chip didn't really do much outside of 2+2 to publicise the move to WPN or the lowering of limit rake. zero promotions

then suddenly the move to a new network happens, software is now buggy and crappy, fish prob confused, open the lobby to see zero tables, and log out. regs follow.

also there were no limit games pre move (when there were only ~500 daily average players on WPN across all games), some of the limit players on merge are still on there as they weren't on the BCP skin

Is there anywhere to see what my rake back percentage is? I want to know whether I was grandfathered in with my 35%. I have not played real money yet.

When are the hyper turbo sngs coming back? They've been gone since Tuesday afternoon.
