Opportunity to become a customer service rep in AC is posted in the Ultimate thread.

Seems like an opportunity for a 2plus2 to right the wrongs.

However, Ultimate has the best customer service IMHO, and the person that they add will only keep up their high standards.

Need to get the other sites to make the move to the Garden State especially the Island boys and girls and the Bulgarian proletariat.

Although, Betfair does have customer service in the state.

Do people frequently get "we can't verify your location" errors, even though you can connect and play with no problem most of the time?

Nope, not anymore for me. Connection has been flawless, on all four sites, for two weeks now!

Who is the biggest winner on the New Jersey sites? Kind of sad what has happened to online poker in the USA.

The State of New Jersey.

Casinos will have to dig out from startup costs, but will profit nicely .

I get it every 1 1/2 hours when I'm playing. I hear its because the ip resets (though still shows a Jersey address it ****s w Party's system) so i have to get off all tables log off and log back on

I get it usually when I login to borg poker, but it soon re-verifies me.

I've been forced to sit out a sng for a few mins once. I killed the borgata.exe process and restarted the app.. then it worked.

I'm a little upset the the Borgata poker has a tab for "casino". It makes it too easy to spend your poker stack on roulette, slots, video poker and table games (although I won $40 at ultimate-texas-holdem on $1 bets).

I think people will lose their poker stack on the casino side, reducing the poker pool.. unfair (but convenient!)

Moved here to check out the scene and its nonstop with the geolocation issues. all support can tell me is I should move to a different part of NJ. We flew to the moon over 40 years ago and this is the best the US govt can do??? Smell ya later, Joysey

I have been experiencing a 'lag' on recognizing my NJ location of about 3-4 minutes in the last week or so. I have simply been logging on...going to get a cup of coffee or something, and by the time I get back I am recognized.

the customer service on these sites is horrendous. Promises of 80% rakeback on 888 are not being paid out to numerous players. something needs to be done - if you are also having issues please file a complaint with the NJ Internet Gaming Division

also getting dced in the middle of 5/10 cash game hands on wsop and getting snap sat out and watching near 4 figure pots be shipped to the other player is also unacceptable.

every issue just seems to get "escalated" but in reality go nowhere fml

There's an option to self-exclude from casino games.

I was happy to see they added craps. I just wish they let people join the same table, unless I was just the only one playing. I won $2. I was up $15 but after the point was set then a 7 kept coming out the roll right after. Once I got down to $2 profit I just decided to walk away before I lost anything.

Blackjack I have been up and down. Win $20 here and lose $20 there. It seems like no matter what, you'll lose or leave even by playing that game enough. I still think it's alright but have found it nearly impossible to profit anything over long-term play.

Video Poker I have done well at and around a $30 profit from 2 short sittings.

I've lost some money messing around at slots and roulette. Decided I'd use $20 and give it a shot. The slots are ridiculous and they should get rid of them altogether (obviously they wont). Roulette is a robbery and I would recommend never playing that either.

Roulette, craps, and slots just really don't belong. I like the Video Poker and Blackjack is alright.

I've tried them all. Seems to pay about the same as a casino.

Texas holdem poker - won nicely, good run. Lots of pairs paying bonus.
Roulette - played 10c bets x 10. Hit my number and nearby numbers 3 of 5 rolls.. left with $12 profit.
Slots - I've gotten many bonus spins, but they dont pay much. I guess people are just hoping to win the random bonus pool payouts. Slots are very cartoonish/corny.
Video poker - cant seem to win on this one

Is WSOP down for anyone else? When I tried to go on, the client updated and now I just get "Unable to connect. Please try again or contact member support."

Apparently there is a little known clause in the NJ online poker law I wasn’t aware of until recently. According to the law, when you get eliminated from a tournament you must:

1. Call the player who eliminated you a donk

2. Call everyone at the table a donk

3. Claim the “bs f******* site” is rigged

4. If anyone replies, challenge them to a heads up match for at least 10x the stakes you’re currently playing for, with no intention of following through.

I never saw this in the original legislation, but it must be the law because I keep seeing it over and over again.
