Anyone have any luck getting any kind of $ from them for that crap? It normally works 99% of the time for me and this is the first time I've ever had trouble. If you were going to try to pursue some kind of compensation, how would you go about doing that?
This is my post on the 888 Poker thread, but the same would apply to Borgata.
Seems I have figured out exactly how Caesars/888 are trying to trick us out of getting the rakeback on their promotional offer.
We all got an email asking us if we wanted to opt out of the logon notification emails. I did it, and so did probably most of you.
Did the login notifications stop? Nope, of course not.
Ya know what did stop? The promotional offers, like the freerolls, and now the rakeback claiming emails.
They literally sent out that email to trick us into opting out of being able to CLAIM their promotions we were promised.
Take Action
Calling 888 does very little at all, most of us realize this.
This is a Caesars Entertainment problem, and they probably have no idea 888 is doing this to their customers.
What you have to do is contact Caesars directly by phone and email.
Phone:
Customer Relations: (609)441-5132

You MUST file a complaint with Caesars Entertainment directly, and after they respond then you must file the complaint with the New Jersey Internet Gambling Department here:
http://www.nj.gov/oag/ge/inquiriespatroncomplaints.html
Direct link to the NJ Internet Gaming Dispute Form:

Make sure in your complaint that you let them know you are waiting on their response so that you can file the complaint with the gambling commission.
This is the only way to let Caesars actually know what their online poker room they have brought on is doing to their (Caesar's) customers.
Also
Make sure when you contact Caesars and the NJ Gambling Commission to not refer to "888 Poker" as something different from Caesars Entertainment Inc. They are the same thing so whenever filing anything just refer to Caesars Online Poker don't make it seem like another company called "888 Poker"
