It's a pretty good clause to have. Not going to be used lightly as it'd be bad PR. Needed though as scum who lie and cheat their whole lives are the first to pick up the rulebook they've ignored to that point and quote Chapter 4 subsection B when it's they themselves who feel they've been wronged.

The 'at any time for any reason' takes the rulebook nitting option away from people like OP, the grand old 'screw you whatever if we say so' clause. I salute it.

Pokerstars has already read this. And I have not botted at sites where it was not allowed. Show me one single evidence of where I stated: "I botted xxx site" where it was not allowed at the moment I did it. Besides that, I am not botting and have no illegal software on my machine. I follow pokerstars terms of service for 110% and therefor they will not ban me.

In your post you say WE can ban your ass. Does this mean you are a fulltilt rep. Does this mean that FullTilts official statement is that they can close accounts whenever they want? There is nothing in the TOS about confiscating the monies held in the account when they choose to revoke the license to the software...

It would never be a interesting possibility for any company to ban its customers on a 'if we say so' clause.
