Was your "girlfriend" aka Skanky, playing on your machine or the same IP by any chance?

Spoiler:
fyi, Skanky is my new name for your bot.

I suggest that if OP is so innocent we report him to Stars and let their security system have a go at him.

A dishonest pokerbotter doesn't follow the unwritten laws among the pokerbotters. An honest pokerbotter does. However, what is honest or dishonest for pokerbotters, is exactly the opposite in the real world. I had somebody banned for botting at FT because that is against the rules ( in the real world ). That action made me a 'dishonest' pokerbotter, since it was against the rules ( botworld ) and got me banned.

trust me, they already did multiple times ( if i have to believe my forticlient connection manager ). When I opened my stars client, it at least checked the registry and performed a basic file system scan. Had to press allow on my forticlient for every step, but i have nothing to hide...

as stated earlier: I did pokerbotting in the past on bodog at a time it was allowed there. I do not pokerbot anymore at any site and do not have any illegal software on my machine. Therefor I am not in violation to any TOS of any site. Please, if you have the power or if there are stars reps here reading this, put me on max security and check my pc with everything possible.

I play manual now and I play good...

Cliffs: OP is a confirmed, self-confessed botter. All revealed starting in post 146 and the next 20 posts or so. Quite funny.

IS YOUR "GIRLFRIEND" USING THE SAME MACHINE OR IP??

If not then there's no link between the accounts, if there is then it could be possible that you still had some bot related process still running while your GF started playing.

Amazing.
Why this kind of thread always ends like this? And why people keep coming with same history, GF, wife, parents, friends?
And he made bots in the past, and now he´s banned for botting. This is just a coincidence, I guess.

small modification: I confirmed and confessed I was a botter in the past. Please add the note that bodog allowed botting at that moment.

Hold on, bit of contradiction here. Thought it was your GF's account that got closed? Hence what the whole thread is about?!?! The whole question is that should your GF's account got closed?

So now its YOUR account that got closed?

Your original post is a total contradiction:

I think its good fulltilt is hunting down bots at her site, but they should not be banning people who do just multitable a lot. Therefor I advice all people who multitable SNG's to STOP PLAYING AT FULLTILT. They will close your account and steal your money without even delivering a little bit of proof for their false accusations.

I always had a lot of respect for fulltilt, but at the moment that has dropped to zero. I am now busy cashing out my bankroll there and leave the site. Besides I have a lot of friends who multitable there to and they are now also closing down on FT. I advice everybody who multitable SNG to do the same, since there is not a slight chance to get your money back.

I have a laptop on which both me and my girlfriend play on. So we play with the same IP. The botting on bodog was done thru a vm with the same IP, but never on fulltilt. Therefor it is impossible that there were bot related processes running, since the vm is uninstalled for months. Now my girlfriend gets banned for botting ( so on my laptop ) and I got banned for this thread ( official statement: for being associated with people who break the rules ).

SNGwiz is not illegal. It is only not allowed to run at the same time as the pokerclient.

I have a different theory. Apperantly only active members of the bot forum are banned. People who used the same bot but a cracked version and never signed up for that forum are not banned for using the bot.

There are rumours going around that the forum was hacked, but looking at the new deal between iPoker and the botters, it looks more like the forum just sold out its own customers and gave FT all the IP addresses. Somehow that doesn't explain why they banned my girlfriend and not me.

And in addition to your statement: I am not banned for botting.

The software is on your computer, you should know as a botter that you only use VM to hold a limited amount of software on it and all the botting comes from your host machine by "Bring"ing the table windows to your host machine. The VM is just a window to get by some stealth protection, it's the basics of stealth protection for botting which has clearly been cracked by a couple of sites.

Long story short, you have botting software on your machine which is a violation of TOS. Regardless if it was running or not.

From FTP site:
Quote:
1. Automated poker-playing programs capable of participating in online poker games:

The use of poker-playing programs ("bots") is strictly prohibited. Having such a program on your computer system, whether it is being used or not, is grounds for immediate closure of your Full Tilt Poker account, and possible forfeiture of account funds.

Yes, you might have lost track:
1. first my girlfriends account got closed.
2. I make forum post here.
3. now my account got closed.

From FTP site:
Once again you dont get it.
1. The botting software was on a vm and the pokerclient ( bodog poker ) was also on the vm. the bot used does not allow the use of multiple machines for the stealth feature you mention. That stealth feature is outdated and only used by some amateur botters.

2. The botting software was not on my pc at the same time as playing at FT. As i meantioned earlier, I botted on bodog months ago. The vm is uninstalled months ago too. I got banned this morning. My girl got banned yesterday.

Since i did not have any software related to botting installed at the same time as running the FT client, I was not in violation of their TOS.
