I got the same email, yesterday about my money being processed on the 5th, still nothing.

Between this, no money from stars, and the no bonus after the lag issues I'm about ready to be done with online poker and just play at the local B&M where they at least treat you like a human.

One time it took almost 15 days for me.. They also said through support email that they were not sure what the problem is.. but i wouldn't worry im sure its coming... I sent them an email through there support. I really think that FT AND PS should have more then email support for being such big sites. Atleast live chat, if not telephone service.

it has not been 5 business days since anyone got one of the 3-5 business day emails, and you're all freaking out like it's the end of online poker. you're really jumping the gun.

a lot of "why aren't the ftp guys in this thread hourly updating us" posts - the last thing said was by sean earlier this week saying the vast majority of us will be getting our money in the middle of next week. if that plan changes, then they'll post again. if not, no need.

"they've lied to us" - when? if i have plans with someone and say i'll be there at 8 but on the way my car breaks down and i don't get there until 9, did i lie about being there at 8? circumstances take precedence. they never said 'ok guys, got all your withdrawals processed' when they actually hadn't - that would be an example of a lie.

everyone just calm down until at least wednesday of next week.

also: ftp is not your employer, and any sort of analogy drawn there is completely ridiculous. and saying "i pay $xxx in rake" - i'm sure they've never heard that one before.

They've been lying for almost a month. We're on our 4th delay email? Each time, it was, delay, reprocess, another 3-5 business days. How many more times before you finally realize they havent been truthful with us?

Wrong. They said the majority will be paid late this week (which is already over without any payments) or early next week.

Not in this thread, in the paper checks thread. FTP support sent emails to numerous 2+2ers saying that the checks had already been mailed on 4/28. When the checks arrived they hadn't been posted until 5/6.

They lied about the checks being sent to cover up and buy time. If they can lie about this, what else are they lying about?

Yeah, youre right. How dare we expect FTP to pay us our winnings in less than a month. What right do we have to expect to get the money that we won?

Youre right about one thing -- paying xxx in rake doesnt entitle depositors to their money -- the fact that its their money does -- hell even TeddyKGB wasnt so shady as to try to stop mike mcd from taking his winnings.

You make some decent points in your post. This is not one of them.

Just because they've heard it before doesn't mean it's less true. I pay more in rake than I pay for ANY other service in my life...drastically more. They're NOT our employer...WE are their CUSTOMERS and we pay dearly for the service they provide, so expecting some CUSTOMER service is not out of line.

And unlike with an employer/employee situation, this was never their money to begin with. When I deposited with FTP, I didn't GIVE them my money...I agreed they could have temporary possession of my money while I used a PAY service that they offered, because they made the promise to return any portion of that money back to me within a reasonable timeframe anytime I requested it.

Expecting MY money back in the reasonable timeframe they advertise and expecting timely and truthful and accurate information from them when things go wrong is NOT unreasonable.

They said this at the end of april, and they said this at the beginning of the week... If these WDs had really been proccessed monday and tue then there would be a significant # of ppl seeing money in the bank.

They said flat out "we sent the money to your bank". They lied. Plain and simple.

i was saying that pointing out that you pay rake is not going to do ****. they know that's how they make money. also, paying $100k a year in rake doesn't entitle you to your money any more than someone who plays a couple $11 sitngo's per year.

how long have you been in the massive-batch ach processing business? you seem to know a lot about the timeframes involved to be able to say with such certainty that the transfers have not been processed (note that processed is not the same as having the money show up in your bank account). i have done several bank transfer withdrawals and none have arrived any less than 5 days after the approval. you're jumping the gun again.

The thing that chaps my chode is this. How is it that smaller networks like the Merge gaming network (Carbon Poker) can offer Americans several methods of getting money on and off their site...Ewalletxpress, Fonelinx, PinDebit, and now the supposedly UIGEA proof Pic-Club, yet these ass clowns at FullTilt drag their feet and put all their eggs in one basket by offering 2 withdrawal methods? They had to foresee the possibility of eventually losing Epassporte, yet they had no real backup plan. Yes the DOJ is ultimately to blame, but Carbon poker and the rest of the Merge lost Epassporte when they decided to offer silly house games, and within days they had other ewallets in place and continue to add more to their arsenal. Full Tilt is part of the big 3 or 4 sites and they can't offer their clientele at least the same options to deposit/withdraw that a site like Carbon Poker can? Why is it that I could probably sell crack to a few people a week for the rest of my life and never go to jail, but if I decide to supply all of North America the DOJ/FBI and probably the CIA would all drop a jihad on my ass?
