When I first started playing for money, I played at PokerHost and they had a debit card attached to your account somehow. There was still a middleman in there, but it worked pretty sweet.

I didnt wanna post this until after I got my money...BUT...yes, it is FT's fault...I called their payment processor...they had NOTHING pending goin to my bank account, I forwarded on, one of my 16emails I sent to FT in the last 14days(obv 1response), to the pmt processor...she took my phone # and said she would follow up...tired and needing a stress relief, i went to da bar...aftr bout 1.5-2hrs...SHE CALLS ME, says hey I recieved email back from fulltilt and they said that they have handled the situation and to direct me back to full tilt if i call back....obv when i got home checkd my email and there was the same automated email everyone else got and has been posting...

HOURS LATER SHE GETS AN EMAIL BACK...IT TAKES ME MINIMUM 5BUSINESS DAYS (if any response at all)...TO GET SOME FAKE VAGUE ANSWER TAPDANCING AROUND THE REAL ISSUE...
---forgot to mention, i received an email from Louis FullTilt Support Supervisor...obv the processor induced this email....but they rarely ever answer mine...WTF EVER

SO again...this was not their processor's fault...even though some are "guessing" that it is...this 'guess' is a way to either stall or mask the real issue (aka..lie)...or both....

I mean this really isn't the spot for this kind of stuff, but luckbox I honestly have no clue what you're talking about with it changing my lifestyle....

Also, in case you guys haven't noticed Stars has been having the same issue. It ain't just FT.

I have 3k in limbo somewhere and am still waiting.. NOW i have more money in my FTP account that i want to withdrawal but i dont know wtf to do.... this has really put a big kink in the armor for me..



im about to go to WSOP in a month and would like to take a signifacant bankroll with me.


do you guys think its wise to make more withdrawals when i still have not recieved the ones from before?

i think this only compounds the issue. people saying they have 3+ withdrawals in limbo. i have one from may 24th, got the standard email. i need this money and am in trouble because its not here

the people with all these pending withdrawals just reinforces their claim that they have been overloaded. why freak out and keep cashing out?!

Well, because first of all, what the hell else are we gonna do? Second of all, we have no reason to think orders won't be processed backwards. Many of us in this thread are in DIRE need of this money (to the naysayers, when your job stops paying you for a month and you bitch about it, why don't YOU accept the "well you should have had more in savings" argument and still come to work with a *****eating grin on your face...didn't think so).

Bottom line is that no one knows exactly what to do, and a big part of the reason for that is that Full Tilt Poker is CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT at communicating with its most valuable customers. It makes me SICK that we have such little recourse. If Full Tilt had retail locations, there would be rioters. If a B&M Casino ever behaved this way, even in a place with no laws, they'd have been taken over by force by now.

So far this is the only guy who has received any money. Friday morning should be telling.

are they equally as slow as processing withdrawal through prepaid phone card service? and does it take just as long to appear in that account?

I use the prepaid phone service, I have three e-checks pending. They seem to be experiencing the same problems as Full Tilt and Stars, i.e. I got an email that says they were processed two days ago and wait 5 to 7 working days.

well i went ahead and withdrew another 1,000 .. basicly just hoping that Full tilt realizes how important this is to those of us who play for income or supporting income. if they drop the ball on this then i just dont know what to think

as long as it's on your prepaid account, you can order a debit card and withdrawal thru an atm. that's what i did when i had epassporte.

how long does it take for ftp to send the funds to the prepaid phone service after it's been approved?

I checked my account this morning.
I got my $600 from the government but none from FTP.
